i am fair skeined and have silver blue eyes too. i normally put on a light blue color or just a natural light brownish tan. layer ur colors. if u wear more then two put the darker color on the bottom.What makeup goes well with slivery blue eyes and fair skin ?
dark tones like black or gray go really well bright colors like pink, blue(just make sure it matches your eyes) and green are ok to no browns though
charcoal, grays, subtle blue shades.... whatever you want really. just use crazy colors in moderation.
Medium brown eyeshadow and dark brown eyeliner.
silver, sparkly eyeshadow, purple. that looks awesome on ur skintone.
use mac's all that glitters eyeshadow and black mascara. Try using a baby pink blush too.
Glittery eyeliner and a hint of rosy blush! don't use too much or you'll clog up those pores!
