What is some good natural looking makeup for a twelve year old with tan skin, blue eyes and acne.?

I have perfect teeth. Glasses. Bushy eyebrows. Lots of acne. tan skin. very skinny. blue eyes. What is some good natural looking makeup for a twelve year old with tan skin, blue eyes and acne.?
BareMinerals. Trust me I'm just like U, glasses, acne, skinny, bushy eyebrows everything! There's so much stuff about bareMinerals, it's so pure you can sleep in it. I just got bareminerals, and I LOVE it!!! You should totally try it, it rocks!

Here's their website:http://bareminerals.com/What is some good natural looking makeup for a twelve year old with tan skin, blue eyes and acne.?
Bare Minerals. It will not aggravate your acne, but will provide you with an even skin tone and help make your acne less noticeable. We've tried the mineral makeup at the stores ... haven't liked any of it.

As for the acne, my daughter and I have both had good success with Proactiv. Again, the stores carry a similar product, but we didn't find it to be good at all.
Get a good facial cleanser to get rid of your acne and use a light powder bronzer or a foundation like bare essentials to hide the acne.
dont wear make up. try to develop a habit of washing your face twice daily. wen u wake up and b4 bed. use one product such as noxema. dont grab every facial cleanser at once b/c u will damage your skin. you dont need make up. acne comes from particles clogging your pores and sticking, turning into bumps. make up would not help. keep your face clean. you are 12 anyways, you are supposed to have acne.
Don't wear makeup. Maybe just a little foundation to cover up pimples...
don't wear make up, your acne will only get worse!
I think mineral makeup will help with the acne considerably. E-mail me for recs if you want.

BTW bare minerals might aggravate your skin because of the buffing, and bismuth oxychloride (makes people itchy). There are different kinds out there though.
There is actually make-up made by neutrogena that is made for girls with acne. It says it helps, but i'm not so sure, i used it, and i didn't see much of a chane, good or bad. But its better then regular make up, because it won't clog pores.

Remember, acne is normal, so you don't need to wear make up to school, just mabye picture day, or parties (mabye dates)

What kind of makeup should i wear if i have blue eyes?

i have blue eyes and strawberry blonde hair with blonde highlights so what color of eye shadow should i use? (feel free to share any more makeup tips u may have) :DWhat kind of makeup should i wear if i have blue eyes?
light blues will make the blue in your eyes look darker. however i have blue eyes and blonde hair and generally wear brown or gold becasue it goes with my hair rather my eyes. and it's always nice to match your eyeshadow with what your wearing (not the exact same shade, say if you're wearing hot pink go light pink, or vise versa) (and omg our pictures look the same lol)What kind of makeup should i wear if i have blue eyes?
I know it doesn't sound very exciting, but browns, tans, golds, and yellows look amazing with blue eyes. Maybe even a brownish-purple or maroon would look nice too.
Use light pinks and oranges on your eyes. To make your blue eyes pop use blue mascara. Good rule of thumb is to use the color that is oppsite of your eye color on the color wheel.
Some very dark black eyeliner would make your eyes pop, %26amp; a sheer brown eye shadow would also help. For your cheeks, use a peachy tone for the blush, %26amp; nude lipgloss.
hmm im the same just put on mascara and a brown line right above your eyelashes, and some eyeliner. and also lipgloss
blues, grays and purples

You should put on a ton of blue face paint to match those blue eyes of yours. That'll definitely turn some heads.
keep it light and natural hun

nice gold and brown colours =)

-then with liquid liner trace over that line making it as straight as possible

-curl lashes

-rich, thickening mascara

Face

-dewy moisturizing foundation

-loose powder on t-zone

-soft shimmery, pink (dandelion by benefit)

Lips

-Pale pink lipgloss and run another pink lipstick over top

-or just a shiny sheer lipstick (jing-a-ling (that's the color) by benefit)

Hope I helped!Fall and winter makeup tips for blonde hair and blue eyes?
hmmm use bright colours (eyeliner, mascara) to bring out your eyes even more. they will come out as more vibrant and even more noticeable.

there are also like colored mascaras that are pretty and colourful (:
silver or baby blue.
try doing the smokey eyes with dark plum or grey and black or dark grey eyeliner. use white as your base color for your whole lid then apply a medium color like a light pink or golden color and then apply the plum or grey in whichever smokey eye look you prefer. blend all the colors together with a good brush. line your top lid and half of your lower lid and apply mascara! Maybe try a darker pink blush and a darker lipstick for the winter. Go to Ulta and pick up some things and try them out, if you don't like them, return them for a full discount ;)

How should i put eye makeup on if i have big blue eyes and tan skin and i want my eyes to pop?

I like to use brown and mauveish eyeshadows and almay makes a really great ';bring out the blues'; eyeshadow pallete that I love. Line subtly and use mascara. Brown mascara is supposed to be really good with brown eyes but i prefer to use black. How should i put eye makeup on if i have big blue eyes and tan skin and i want my eyes to pop?
put on gold shimmery eyeshadow and black eyeliner only on the top. it would look really good. also, put smashbox highlighter on the top of your cheeks (apples). you'd also have to have groomed eyebrows to complete the package! How should i put eye makeup on if i have big blue eyes and tan skin and i want my eyes to pop?
some pink lip gloss and some blush. wear eyeliner %26amp; put a little bit of darker eyeshadow on. A LITTLE BIT!!! not 2 much or it will look 2 played off!
lipgloss to simmer your lips and pure black eyeliner. no need to go for smokey eyes as it wont stand up with the tan.
either black eyeliner with white eyeshadow. or light pink eyeliner with white eyeshadow
just put on a few heavy coats of black mascara. it will make your eyelashes look fuller and bring out your eyes!

  • I have blue eyes and blonde hair. I was wondering what shades go well with me? How to use makeup properly?

I have makeup but im not sure how to use it well. I dont want to look like i tried to hard. Or put a ton of makeup on. I just want to to be noticed, but natural. I have trouble with eyeliner, its hard! Mascara...im okay, but i should learn to right way. Eye Shadow, im okay as well but i should know where and how to put it on. and how to blend and stuff.

anything else you need to know?I have blue eyes and blonde hair. I was wondering what shades go well with me? How to use makeup properly?
Use a chart such as this. You cant go wrong with neutral colors. Use a clear gloss and light tans and honey colors for the first few weeks. Use a light colored eye liner and regular black mascara. But make sure to use a good brand of mascara or it will clump. Not many women wear blush theese days anymore, so shy away from it unless you use it very lightly.

You can start with just foundation, liner and gloss untill you get comfortable.I have blue eyes and blonde hair. I was wondering what shades go well with me? How to use makeup properly?
First off, here are the basic products you should get to acheive the most flattering, yet natural look for your face:

    * Tinted Moisturizer

    *Concealer

    *Coral/ Apricot Shade Blush

*Light Shimmery Eyeshadow (Champagne, or pale silver will work)

    *Peach Eyeshadow

    *Brown Eyeliner

    *Lash Curler

    *Lenghening and Seperating Mascara

    *Pale Pink Lipgloss

    Instructions:

    1. Even out skintone with tinted moisturizer. This will give you just the right amount of coverage to acheive a natural and glowing look.

    2. Hide any dark undereye circles or pimples with a light dab of concealer.

    3. Using a large fluffy brush, lightly sweep your blush on the apples of your cheeks - just enough to brighten your complexion.

    4. Apply the light shimmery powder along your browbone, lid, and inner corners of the eyes (around the tearducts). This will subtley enhance your features without over-doing it.

    5. Next, apply the peach eyeshadow along your eye lid to really bring out the color in your eyes.

    6. Line only the top of the eyes with the brown eyeliner to give them extra definition. The brown adds just the right amount of contrast to make your blue eyes pop, but is soft enough that it won't look fake.

    7. Curl your lashes with the lashcurler. You will be surprised by the difference curling your lashes can give to your entire look. Your eyes will look brighter and flirtier.

    8. Give your lashes a few good coats of mascara - make sure you don't clump it on, or else it will look noticeable.

    9. Swipe on the lipgloss to finish up the whole look.

Here is an idea of what this all should look like:

    http://img388.imageshack.us/img388/6344/鈥?/a>

**And there you have it - the Perfect 5-Minute Face - quick, simple, and super natural. The warm earth tones of the browns and peaches do well to complement your eyes and complexion, without looking harsh or muddy. **
I am a blue-eyed blonde and I wear a very light taupe shadow and a light brown eyeliner on the bottom ...drawn very thin and close to the base of my lashes. Browns make blue eyes..POP! and brown comes in several different shades and is not harsh or too dramatic. The shadow should be applied all over the lid and into the ';crease';....never extend shadow or liner into the corner of the eye by the nose. It will make eyes look too close set. Use a ';light'; hand when applying any make-up and oh, do use black mascara though, it accentuates the eye the best
Wear i pastel color eyeshadow with a little shimmer below your brow bone with black eyeliner and alot of black mascara...use a bronzer on your cheekbones to make them stand out with a light pink gloss
use black eyeliner, black mascara, and brown shadow. use a sheer powder white with a shimmer under the brow line and by the tear ducts.
golds and silvers would look really good

I have red hair, fair skin and blue eyes. I want to try the whole ';smokey eyes with nude lips'; makeup.

I need suggestions on colours and techniques please.

Btw, My eyes are kind of small so I don;t want to make them look any smaller.

Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks.I have red hair, fair skin and blue eyes. I want to try the whole ';smokey eyes with nude lips'; makeup.
Before you begin, you may want to prep your eyes with an eye primer if you want your makeup to last longer. Then, start by lining the entire eyes with black pencil eyeliner. Next, using black liquid eyeliner, create a line across the upper lash line and widen it at the outer corners. Then, create a line beginning midway along the lower lash line and bring it out to meet the upper line. If you’d like, you can go one step further by applying the same black eye pencil to the inside contour of the eyes.

Sweep a soft gray eye shadow into the crease of the eye in the shape of a half-moon and blend carefully. Using a shimmering white eye shadow, apply it at the center crease of the eye where the iris meets. Or you may want to highlight the brow bone using the same shade of eye shadow instead.

Finally, apply one or two coats of black mascara to the upper and lower lashes and you are finished. For an even more dramatic look, you can apply a strip of false lashes before applying your mascara.

To complete this look, prep your lips with a moisturizing lip balm and wait a few minutes. Finally, apply a very pale lip-gloss.

    Some Tips to Remember:

Always focus on the eyes and never anywhere else. Keep your lips and blush color to a pale look to make eyes more dramatic and avoid looking clownish.

The key to perfecting the smoky eye look is to blend, blend and blend.

For an even more dramatic finish and to balance out your look, don’t forget to enhance your eyebrows as well. You can do this by, first using a pair of tweezers to shape your brows and then fill them in with a brow pencil that is a color similar to your brows.

Don’t limit yourself to the eye shadow colors suggested above. Try using browns, plums or even blues to create an even more unique smoky effect.

If you have small eyes, don’t apply the eyeliner too close to the inner part of your eye that is next to your nose.

To avoid the under eye raccoon look, apply your foundation after you have applied your eye makeup. Once you are finished with your eyes you can easily sweep away any fallen shadow without the mess.

Finally, remember that practice makes perfect. After all, you don’t want to end up with a look that says, “ I have two black eyes!”I have red hair, fair skin and blue eyes. I want to try the whole ';smokey eyes with nude lips'; makeup.

The makeup artist uses 2 models %26amp; I think the ';rocker chick'; look %26amp; her color palette would work for you.
    Yummy, lucky you!
I would suggest the best thing that you could do would be by going to a beauty counter and ask them for colours and suggestions.

Green always looks good on red heads though.
wow smokey are are tricky but i know u can handle it. In my opinion you should do the greyswith black or the purples. but since you have small eyes i would use the purples. start by getting a black eyeliner on the top lid then smudge in the dark purple in the entire eyelid in the brown bown start using lighter shades of purples and for the way top use a pearl lilac color, remember to combine all colors together well. that makes a good smokey eye. use black eyeliner on the bottom too.smudge the lower lid wit a thin layer of purple. when ur all ready use 2 coats of mascara that should wrap it up. it should look gorgeous!! and go with the nude lips! Good luck hope i helped.
First...good luck! I'm a fair skinned redhead with brown eyes. I've yet to get a good smokey eye/nude lip look (I also have smallish eyes). I do suggest asking at some cosmetics counters, though that can be hit or miss depending on how well trained the staff is.

Second (this is for the first replier) green doesn't always look good on redheads. Including myself, I know several redheads who cannot wear green.

Third, purples/greys are a great suggestion. Those are my go to eye colors (along with browns/neutrals) pretty much all the time.
    Use earth tone colours

IM 13 and would like ideas for makeup. i have fair skin with hazel blue green eyes. any ideas?

My hair is brown and i have fair skin with blue green hazel eyes. Im aloud to wear makeup now that im 13 but dont know wat to wear. easy ten points.IM 13 and would like ideas for makeup. i have fair skin with hazel blue green eyes. any ideas?
I think you should keep it simple. Just use eyeliner and mascara. A natural color lip gloss. If you want to use eyeshadow, baby pink and baby blue would look nice. These are my favorite.IM 13 and would like ideas for makeup. i have fair skin with hazel blue green eyes. any ideas?
I'm almost 13 and I've been experimenting with makeup, too. If I were you, I'd use brown mascara, and if you want to use eyeliner, then I suggest brown also. A tip is to apply to eyeliner around the lashline and not to waterline to excentuate the eyes. Try soft lip glosses, no brown or tan for them. Report Abuse

    foundation is a must
i'm just a year older and wen i was 13 i started wearing foundation %26amp; mascara and sumtimes eye shadow. 4 me, eye-liner just doesnt suit my eyes, makes them look small! but if u experiment enuf, u will find a look that suits u %26amp; is just u!! 4 me, i think that the basics eg. foundation, mascara lip gloss look gud, not 2 OTT.
ideas for a kinda natural look:

    foundation

    lip gloss

    eye liner or/and mascarra

and some tiny blush on top of your cheeks

and u could try the make-up store MAC
ok i'm only 1 yr younger then yu but anyways start out with natural syuff. yu don't want 2 much(unless........)try some soft pink blush, a light pink color gloss, some eyeliner(takes awile to get used to)(brown?), and maybe some light mascera. You want everything to look natural not overwhelming! HOpe this helps!
Eyelinger-brown, mascara-brown or black brown, lip gloss, light pink blush, and a smile!
Start with natural light things. Like light subtle shades. Such as light greens, blues, grays, and even some whites. Or some light pinks and sparkly things. Try a little bit of Mascara. Lip gloss. Lipstick looks too old. Its for adults or early 20's. Good Luck.
okay wear a light gold ((not to much)) because gold is the best color to bring out your color eyes or if youd ont want that color wear a light green or light purple ...... or if you dont like that then wear a light brown or white...... now if you have already preety eyelashes wear clear mascara or if you dont have the longest eyelashes but dont want that clumpy look then put clear on then use black mascara on the tips just to bring out the blonde tips.....dont use any blush...its not preety on young girls skin....now for foundation and concealer.... i dont wear it because it makes my blemishes worse....so if it doesnt do that to you then ONLY put it on your blemishes so you wont look like your fake....=]]]
Also, I want to add in here that the darker the eyeliner the more fake of an outline will be around your eyes. Since you are fair complected, stick with a light brown pencil/cream eye liner (not liquid).

Lightly apply the blush to your cheeks when you smile. You want the majority of the color on the round part of your cheeks when you smile then lighter as you go towards the side of your face. Use soft pink shades like Covergirl Cheekers or light rose shades if your skin has more yellow or gold tones to it.

Another great idea is to check out...

    http://www.covergirl.com/registration/?r…

    Because they do makeup advising!

I included a link to the products I suggest.

Lip gloss is a great idea!
    well i'm 14 %26amp; i wear

liquid eyeliner on my top lid,

    %26amp; mascara,

    %26amp; lipgloss,

    when i was 13 i wore a lot of eyeliner :P

which now i look back was a bad idea!

so just some eyeliner, %26amp; concealer or foundation if you need it,

    + mascara,

    %26amp; lipgloss definetly lipgloss!

you dont want to look fake :)

What eye makeup brings out the colour in blue eyes?

Like what colour and types...What eye makeup brings out the colour in blue eyes?
Gold or neutral shades like brown look good with blue eyes. So do pink and purple shades. For pink, try using a softer shade or a bit of shimmer so it doesn't look like you've been crying, with blue eyes this can happen. Just about any shade of purple works, though if you're going with a high-pigmented lighter shade make sure to balance it out with some darker shades too. A foresty green and brown look good for a more toned-down smokey look. If you do go for blue eyeshadow, make sure it's not a bright blue, more of a grey/silver tone with other neutral grey tones and a nice eye highlight so it doesn't wash your blue eyes out. :)What eye makeup brings out the colour in blue eyes?
Choose an eye shadow that complements your blue eyes. Shades in the brown, rose and violet families are best. The warm hue of these shades contrasts with the cold tone of your blues to really make them pop. Use a shade that is darker in tone than your eye color to make your baby blues shine.

Step 2Select a brown shade of eyeliner. The harshness of traditional, black liner will take away from the natural beauty of blue eyes. Choose a dark or medium brown liner to highlight blue tones.

Step 3Use brown or brown/black mascara. Any mascara will naturally open and brighten your eyes. However, a natural, brownish shade will do it without drawing attention away from the blue color of your eyes.

Step 4Apply a light or neutral tone blush and lip color. Keeping the rest of your makeup minimal will naturally draw attention to your eyes.
Well my eyes really pop when i have sparkly brown eyeshadow. Then i put on like a dark black eyeliner on the top and bottom. Then i put on mascara. I use maybelline collasal something and then another on top so it looks better. Here it is.

brown and golden tones really flatter blue eyes, check out almay they have a whole line dedicated to enhancing and bringing out and brightening your eyes and eye color
browns and golds. brown or black eyeliner and gold eye shadow. and covergirl exact eyelites mascara. it brings out the color of any eye color but they make them especially for blue eyes. its great!
^^Covergirl also has a new line dedicated to bringing out eye color as well
The best colors to make your blue eyes pop are browns espeially. Also shimmery golds, browns, and greys.
Gold shimmer eyeshadow and brown matte eyeshadow with dark brown eyeliner and black mascara.
brown or golden brown colors enhance the look of your eyes.....also try the shimmer mascara......

I have blond hair and blue eyes what color of makeup should i were?

and how do you put on eyeliner?

thanxI have blond hair and blue eyes what color of makeup should i were?
i also have blonde hair and blue eyes and browns bring out blue eyes, and being tan accents from your blonde hair so if your a little pale get in the sun. and to apply eye liner put your finger at the outside corner of your eyelid and pull it toward your ear. start from the outside in and try to get as close to the lash line as possible. hope this helps good luck!!I have blond hair and blue eyes what color of makeup should i were?
im brunette with blue eyes, and what i wear is brown eyeliner (clinuque)- http://www.clinique.com/templates/produc鈥?/a>

and i also use the almay stuff for blue eyes but i dont use their eyeliner it is too light for me- http://www.almay.com/pg/main/catcoleyesl鈥?/a>

i have both types the bring out and the play up. and i love both of them

now for mascara i dont use the brown that they say you are supposed to use because i think that it is too light so i use any kind of mascara that you like just black or if you like the lighter style you can use the eyeliner and mascara they have shown

now how to apply eyeliner- http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-appl鈥?/a>
practice a lot with eyeliner during your free time and youll get it pretty quick. i would start with a pencil or cream liner first but if you have a steady hand then liquid wont be a problem. youtueb has great videos to show you how. and for colors i think golds and just about any color would go well just mix them up.
a gold eyeshadow would look really great

and theres many many makeup tutorials on youtube

just try typing in makeup tutorials how to put on eyeliner

    HOPE THIS HELPS!
Green or gold eyeshadow would look amazing. A light pink lipgloss or lipstick will look great. Just make sure not too much, dont wana look like a hooker!
for the eyeliner you should look up videos on youtube . theyre really helpful! you could wear like gold, or blueeyeshadow
you just drow inside of your eyes with the eyeliner.... and if you have blue eyes dark brown or black will work with your eyes
a light natural color-pink. heavy dark makeup might make u look wierd
dont wear black it would look too un natural i would say use a brown eyeliner on ur lower lids u just line ur eyelash line

What makeup color schemes should i use for this blue dress?

    http://www.promgirl.com/shop/viewitem-PD鈥?/a>

i bought this dress %26amp; my skin is a medium beige and i have very light brown eyes with black hair. =]

since i'm doing my make up myself i want to know what colors would look bestWhat makeup color schemes should i use for this blue dress?
Since your dress is more sexy than classic, go with a smoky eye. Colors don't matter so much as long as you don't match your dress color to your eye color. Unless, of course, you want to. You could go with classic smoky eye, navy smoky eye, or whatever rocks your boat. I'm thinking greys and charcoals would look really excellent. Have fun :).What makeup color schemes should i use for this blue dress?
    oooohh , gorgeous dresss !

i'd do white eye shadow , with light turqoiuse mixed in there , black mascara , black eyeliner, do light blue-grey liner on the top of your eye ( you could use a eyeshadow and eyeliner brush to apply ) do bronzer , no blush , light lips , make your eyes pop and everything else neutral ;)

hope i helped ! vote best answer plz ! XD
Definitely stick with the dark browns to accent your eyes, but a hint of blue in the corners of your eyes would bring out the blue in your dress. If you feel daring, you could do blue eyeliner or mascara with a tint of blue to it.
    That's a really pretty dress.

Silvers and grays would look great and mysterious with that dress.

Also, natural colors would look fine!
Keep it simple, the dress is stunning!

Use the same colour blue as the dress for eyeshadow with black eyeliner and mascara and lip gloss in a berry shade.
i think silver would look really cool

  • What's the best kind of eye makeup to wear for a girl with bright blue eyes and brown hair?

Oh my gosh, go to covergirl.com or myjellybean.com, there are so many tips like that..but anyway white eyeliner and white eyeshadow, just slightly shimmery, would be gorgeous. A sheer light pink powder blush (applied with a clean dome-shaped blush brush), some pink lip gloss (nothing gloppy or too dark or, you know..goopy!). The Fuze lip gloss, can be bought at Sephora I think for $18 is really expensive but my friend who hates sticky lip gloss with all her might loved it! For your brown hair, buy the Hair Glaze stuff from John Freida, I love their products (drugstores) so not expensive! And Brilliant Brunette by John Freida. Have fun gorgeous girl! What's the best kind of eye makeup to wear for a girl with bright blue eyes and brown hair?
bronze or coppery eyeshadow, and if you want to smoke it out, a lil brown liner.

the brown and bronze will make blue eyes look insanely blue.

:)What's the best kind of eye makeup to wear for a girl with bright blue eyes and brown hair?
I'd use brown eyeliner and mascara. You'd probably look great with some bright color shadow's too.
Purple eyeshadow and/or eyeliner look great with blue eyes and dark hair! Stay away from earth tones.
Use a charcoal color looks great.

    Try MAC pigments.
black eyliner, brown shades llook the best, purple too

Red, White and Blue Makeup For The 4th? Any Ideas?

Im 19 so I'd like something fresh, loud n sexy too.. dont wanna look like a clown there will be pics!Red, White and Blue Makeup For The 4th? Any Ideas?
You could cover your eyelids with shimmery white eyeshadow, and use like a royal blue mascara. add a red lip! otherwise, put white eyeshadow or liner in the corner of your eyelid, brush a loud cobalt blue over the rest of your lid. Add the red lip,and ur golden!

    EDIT:

try this to, i found a pretty pic for ya! http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_uz3kaQpin2w/SG鈥?/a>Red, White and Blue Makeup For The 4th? Any Ideas?
If anything, what you want to do is keep the red shadow on the lid, because anywhere else, it will look kinda gross, like you have a rash, or pink eye or something. With the blue, you could use it in the crease and outer corners. Use the white as a highlight under your browbone, and that would all come together nicely. Also use the white in the inner corners, and make sure you blend it all out completely, so there won't be any harsh lines, as you are working with some pretty dramatic eyeshadow colors.
here is a good tutorial for fourth of july inspired makeup:

good luck, and have fun this 4th of July!
maybe you could get some kinda sparkly eyeliner thats blue, and for the eyeshadow you could use red white and blue, and kinda fade them into each other, and you could even get fake colored eyelashes! :)

sounds like a lot of fun :)

i olve xperimeting with eyeshadow xD
    Take a look at this,

    it's pretty, sexy..and not too .. ';cake-ie'; looking =)

...and it seems pretty ';loud';.. but with a good outfit

you should be able to pull it off ...

    have fun !

    =)
You should do a solid, matte red lip.. and then shimmery white eyeshadow, with a medium blue in the crease, and then dark blue eyeliner on the lower lashline.

    :-)

    Have fun!
I wouldn't do something wild with makeup. You'll look like you're in costume. Keep it natural. Paint your nails in red, white, and/or blue instead.
I would do white eye shadow all over you eyelid and lightly in between your lid and brow then a bright blue liquid eyeliner on the top and bottom lash lines and bright red lipstick!
well here's a really out there look lol

I have brown eyes and know what looks good on me, but not on blue eyes. I live overseas, so I need your help.I am going to order some Clinique makeup for my niece. What eyeliner is good for blue eyes?
Hepburn is a very pretty shade of brown that works well with blue eyes and green. (remember what carmendi off of what not to wear says :opposites attract!) haha never use black its too harsh a charcoal might work but that wud probably be better to use it when she's a little older like say (15+?) cause its just a little mature (that is..if ur neice is young)I am going to order some Clinique makeup for my niece. What eyeliner is good for blue eyes?
';really black'; or ';navy'; i have blue eyes and brown looks horrible, on me and my friends. no matter what everyone says! black is the best because of the contrast, the light blue compared to the black makes eyes really ';pop!';. and if you don't want her to get black, navy would be okay. don't get ';violet'; because it is very pink-ish and makes eyes look red!
Whatever you do, DON'T use brown eye makeup for blue eyes.

    Brown clashes with the blue.

You want to use dark colors.

The colors that would be best are black and dark green.

    Hope this helped!
Just go with black. You can't go wrong with black eyeliner.
brown shades are usually recommended for blue eyes
the dark chocolate or toffe would compliment the blue. i use a liquid topaz color for my blues
I love lavender for blue eyes!!

I need makeup tips for someone with blue eyes!?

I have blue eyes and dirty blonde hair, fair but not pale skin, and a heart shaped face and i was wondering if there were any makeup tips for that. Please tell me what colors to use and how to apply it!

    Examples:

    -eyeshadows

    -eyeliner

    -blush

    -mascara

-etc.I need makeup tips for someone with blue eyes!?
No way, I have like, the same looks as you!

Anyways here is what I use.

Eyeshadow: dark blue, light teal, dark green, dark purple, silver, brown, light pink. For a more everyday look use a brown that is a few shades darker than your skin. http://www.expertvillage.com/video/14093_eyeshadow-makeup.htm

that video shows you how to put on eyeshadow

Eyeliner: I use black or light brown or navy. Make sure your liner complements the color of your shadow. Consider the type of look you're after. Pencil eyeliner gives your eyes soft definition, while liquid versions offer precision and drama. You can also moisten dark eye shadow and apply it with a small, flat brush.

Prepare a cake liner or a dark eye shadow by applying a small amount of water to your brush. Or, if you're using a pencil eyeliner, ensure that you've sharpened the pencil adequately.

Move the wet brush gently through your cake liner or dark shadow. Hold the brush or pencil as you would hold a pen.

Tilt your head back slightly and bring your eyes to a half-open state. This creates a good angle for application, while allowing you to see what you're doing.

Draw a line across the upper lid just above the lashes, from the inside corner to the outside corner of the eye. If you're using liquid liner, allow it to dry before opening your eyes all the way, or the color may transfer into the crease of your eye.

If you used a brush or a pencil, soften the look by gently smudging the line with your brush, a cotton swab or your finger.

Line the lower lids. Moving from the outside edge inward, draw a line on the outer two-thirds of the lid or more, depending on the look you're going for. Your line should be slightly thicker at the outside corner, becoming thinner as it moves in toward your nose. Using your brush or pencil, lightly stroke the area. If using a liquid liner, apply it in one smooth stroke. Apply less color so your eyes don't appear raccoonlike.

Mascara: Black, it really makes your eyes pop.You have a choice of lengthening, thickening, long-wearing, conditioning and waterproof formulas (waterproof mascara is really hard to get off), among others. For day, you might decide to add length, while a night on the town may require a long-wearing or thickening formula. Curl your lashes with an eyelash curler, if desired, and apply all other eye makeup prior to your mascara.Remove the wand from the tube in one pull. Pumping the mascara will push air into the tube, potentially drying out the formula and introducing bacteria into it.Begin with the underside of your upper lashes, moving the brush slowly upward toward the tips of your lashes. Always hold the wand parallel to your eyelid. Roll the brush slowly on the upward stroke to promote separation of the lashes.Use an eyelash comb to separate the wet lashes. Also blot the lashes with tissue paper if necessary to remove excess mascara.Use less mascara for the lower lashes. Begin where the lashes meet the rim of the lower eyelid, and gently stroke downward.

Blush: I use a rosy color, but bronzer looks great too. Cream blush works very well for drier skin, as it can help to keep skin hydrated. Powder blush is better suited to oily skin. Complete the application of foundation, powder and all eye makeup before applying blush. Use a full, round brush for the application of your powder blush, as it will make for a softer and more professional look than the brush that comes with the blush. This should not be the same brush you use to apply your loose powder (foundation).Place a small amount of blush on the brush and gently tap off any excess. Or, place a small amount of cream on your middle finger.Look in the mirror and smile :). Place powder blush on the apple of your cheek and gently brush up your cheekbone toward your hairline. Dot cream blush beginning at the apple, and gently blend up the cheekbone toward the hairline.Focus your blush at the outside of your face near your hairline if you have a fuller face. For high cheekbones, concentrate blush in the center of your face to accentuate your bones.Blend a little blush down your cheek for a little more natural, less dramatic look.

Foundation: Should always match your skin tone. You can get liquid or powder. Basically just blend this all over your face.

Lipstick: Use a dullish rose color, or a light pink. If your lips have a lot of color, a clear gloss would do.

    I hope I helped some! =)

Oh! And for a normal day, I usually just wear a light brown eyeshadow, black mascara, lip gloss, and blush.I need makeup tips for someone with blue eyes!?
I've found that pretty much any colour works. I'm kinda picky about my makeup here's what I like:

L'oreal Voluminous Mascara in brown black (for wearing with browns, blues and greens), and in black

    L'oreal pencil perfect eyeliners:

    black, sage, paris blue

Almay eyeliner in brown topaz (you can also get this as a kit with blue mascara and brown and blue eyeshadows)

I don't use much eye shadow, but sometimes i use a white or a copper colour

(white looks good over the paris blue eyeliner.

i know they say blue eye make up makes your eyes look bloodshot, but i really like using it, and i get complimented on it a lot.

    i dont use blush

lips: c o bigelow lip gloss (bath and body works) i get both a burgundy and pink colour, and i LOVE it.
Eyeshadows to define blue eyes would say...black, brown, silver/grey, %26amp; gold.

    eyeliner..black

    blush is your decision.

    mascara..black

just experiment and find out what looks good on you %26amp; what shows off your beautiful blue eyes.

everything else besides your eyes can be your choice..it wont do much for your eyes. just focus more on the colors of eyeshadows you want to use for your blue eyes. my moms a make up artist %26amp; she just told me those colors looks beautiful on blue eyes.

    :)
Find a foundation thats your skin tone color!

If you burn easy you have pink undertones if you tan you have yellow undertones. You could go to your local salon that does make-ups to help you out with this.

Browns %26amp; bronze eyeshadows, do a smokey eye.

Use a white gold powder on your brow bown to highlight it.

Black Liquid liner on top, blakc pencil on the inner rimms of your eyes.

    Lots of mascara.

use bronzer instead of blush, but do it just under your cheek bone to give you a more defined look.

    nice glossy nude colored lips.
Please don;t use dark/black eye liner. It's horrible. But you could use a grey color and they will look very nice. I have seen blondes with blue eyes wearing a silverish/shimmerish eye liner in a subtle manner and they look good too.

You should try to get someone attracted to your blue eyes more than the eye make up. So any color you wear on your eye lids should be subtle and light. The color could depend on the clothes you wear. Wear extremely lightlly though.
omg i bet we look sooo much alike lol i use all covergirl makeup trublend is awesome and you can get it matched to your skin tone use lots of eyeliner in brownish/black lash blash mascara in brownish black and cuuurl your lashes before you put on mascara also get blue silvery toned eyeshadow and light pink sheer sparkely blush hope i helped =]

also i have tannish skin so yeah if you done definetly get a bronzer or go in the sun =]
i have the same exact.. face description... pretty freaky.. but what i do is... i get black eyeliner and only apply it to the bottom.. and then i get black mascara and only apply it to the top lashes... i have this blush with different colors of pink all in one thing... soo i put that on.. and then i put powder on... i dont wear eyeshadow... i hope i helped.
haha, we are exactly the same, except i have light blonde hair.

almay makes a great collection called intense i-color play up. they have eyeshadow, mascara, and eyeliner all made especially for people with blue eyes. check it out!

    http://almay.com/pg/main/catcoleyeslips.鈥?/a>

colors that work well with blue eyes are peach, brown, tan, and navy. to make your eyes really pop, use a little sparkly white eyeshadow in the inner corner of your eye (near your nose). it really makes them pop!

hope i helped. good luck %26lt;333
Bronzy or copper tones for eyes, even some blues would work for you. A mauve lip stain for your lips. For your cheeks there's a nice color called Icy Petal at Avon.com. And I think black mascara is a safe bet for blue eyes.
lots %26amp; lots of makeup tips are in www.jmbeautytips.com
    STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING DARK.

there is a girl in my school with ur same features that just doesn't understand that the black eyeliner and mascara is too harsh
u should use dark brown eyeliner and greyish (suttle tones) stay away from pinks! shadows with black mascara stay away from blush
WOW!im pretty much the same! i have blonde hair blue eys fair.lol if you go to like walgreens they show you like what type of stuff goes with your eye color its called almay very good stuff :)

What is the best color of lipstick and makeup with a blue suit?

i think it depends on what shade of blue it is. if it's a bright blue, you'll want a subtle, earthy color for your eyes and a neutral nude for your lips. if it's a darker blue, than i'd try using that new line of blue eyeshadow that's out... i believe it's revlon, though i may be wrong. pair that with a light pink pout. a good rule of thumb is to balance your makeup... it's okay to have an all-natural look, but if you're going to try something bolder, it's better if you choose: lips or eyes. to do both is over the top, unless you're out for a night on the town, in which case it's more acceptable. :)What is the best color of lipstick and makeup with a blue suit?
It depends on what color eyes %26amp; hair you have. If your fair or medium, dark skin color.

If you are doing corporate dress I suggest a more reserved makeup look.

eyes, a medium brown/tan shadow with brown liner. lips a peachy nude or a mauve is nice, or even a sheer berry. Nothing that will be too attention getting.

Hope I helped! What is the best color of lipstick and makeup with a blue suit?
its depend on your shape but i prefer pink with blue suit blush and shiny pink lipstick
    stay neutral
I would a nude/shimmer lip stick, light brown/tan eye makeup and brown or black mascara depending on what color your hair is. Maybe a lil tan/peachy blush. No reds lipstick!!!

    No blue eyeshadow!
personally i think nude lipstick is the best. and just simple makeup too. it would look nice with a blue suit.
It depends on whether you want to stand out or blend in.

If you want to stand out, use a coral lipstick and a bit of shimmery gold-toned eyeshadow (orange is opposite blue on the color wheel, so it contrasts and stands out).

If you want to blend in, use a more rose-colored lipstick (with a blue undertone) and a dash - I mean a dash! - of light blue eyeshadow. A little blue eyeshadow goes a long way. Or you could go with a smoky gray with blue undertones.

Study your color wheel - it works for makeup as well as clothing, home decorating, etc. ;)

What makeup to wear with a bright blue dress?

this is my dress:http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/in鈥?/a> (in the Larkspur Blue)

also, im wearing silvery-sequin peep-toe pumps

    and a black shawl/shrug

i hav bright blue eyes, freckles, and medium length straight brown hair

    makeup suggestions plz?? :D

p.s. this is for my cousins bat mitzvah, so a lot of pictures of me and our family will be taken!!What makeup to wear with a bright blue dress?
i think it would be pretty if you have on a light silver eyeshadow, because it will match your shoes. and wear a simple eyeliner ( gray, silver or black, silver might make your eyes look drowsy though ) and mascara. lipgloss/stick doesnt exactly matter, pink? whatever color you want, :DWhat makeup to wear with a bright blue dress?
If it's blue, try wearing make-up that will compliment that... like blue! :) Or white.
THIN line of silver eyeliner only on top would look nice.

DO NOT MATCH YOUR EYESHADOW TO YOUR DRESS.

    Common mistake, haha.

If you really want eyeshadow, try a really light silver? LIGHT.

I don't suggest lipstick, as I think it looks gaudy.

    Black mascara looks goo though.
well i suggest the best makeup is the regular like foundation thats your color skin. then a little bit of blush not to red you dont want it to stand out over everything else, i will also reccomend heavy maskera on the top and bottom eyelashes. then do your eyeliner not to heavy but noticeable, then make sure you do the eyeshadow last in case you mess up on your eyeliner or maskera have a regular shade of silver it looks best with a blue dress.since your eyes are blue I wouldnt put blue eyeshadow on . then dont put lipstick on just lip gloss hope i can help
red lipstick it brings out blue
Since you have blue eyes I wouldn't put any blue into your makeup. So maybe just eyeliner and curl your lashes. And maybe some lip gloss :)
If you are wearing bright blue. Use make-up that something nuetral/natural. Just concentrate on your pout. I can give you a website where you can find custom make up kit. Just pick how you want to look like etc. classy, glamour, or chic. It will also tell you what and how to apply it. Remember, you are already wearing something sparkly,,,,
probably just a little of a skin color foundation if you have blemishs or spots you don't want people to see.....dark blue or silver eyeliner....and maybe a little white eyeshadow...maybe some mascara...and a shiny clear lip gloss!

u'll look awesome! hope this helps.

  • Im 12 yrs old & i wanna start to wear makeup what colors should i use ..i have blue eyes & im very white!!?

ok i turn 13 in dec. and i think 12 is too young to wear makeup .. even if your ugly and trying to be pretty .. it will also hurt your skin and damage itIm 12 yrs old %26amp; i wanna start to wear makeup what colors should i use ..i have blue eyes %26amp; im very white!!?
    Here are some steps -

1 - Apply concealer under eyes if have dark circles

2 - blush ONLY on the bone not very much tho and just a light pink

3 - Eyeliner (grey or color of your outfit) JUST on the top lid and smudge if too much

4 - Eye shadow.. since you have blue eyes a light blue Or light grey color would look nice... apply until your lids reach the bone of your eyesocket but do not aplly very heavy

5 - Mascara ... This is one thing you DO NOT want to over apply.. since you are just starting makeup try to do all of your top lashes (use finger and press over eyelashes to take off any extra mascara so it wont drip in your eyes) Then apply macara at the Bottom corner of your Eye. This is what i did when i was 12!! Im now 14.. haha

Now for Product names.. For the eyeline and eye shadow use Avon or Maybalene and for mascara concealer and blush use loreal... HOPE I HELPED!!!! XOXO!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!Im 12 yrs old %26amp; i wanna start to wear makeup what colors should i use ..i have blue eyes %26amp; im very white!!?
You should probably stay away from blue eyeshadow. Very few people can pull that off.

So i think that you should probably stick to natural colors. For your eyes, you should wear like a brown. It can be dark brown or light. Blue eyes look great with browns, bronzes, greens, and tans. I think black would also look good btu since your pale, you should stay away from those. Then you should put on a thin line of soft brown eyeliner. Then some brown mascara.

You can go with cool colors like shades of pink for lipstick, blush, pastel shades for eye shadows and a very light neutral foundation.

For your lips you should put on a really light pink. Then put on lip gloss over. (Make it shiny or glittery.) You can also use some neutral colors to. Like a light brownish color.

Also if your cheeks are kinda red, you can use cover up.

I have found that the best brand of make up to use is Max-X-Factor

you are young %26amp; have good skin you shouldn't need foundation, just some mineral loose powder to set your makeup. Wear brown/black mascara.

Good luck and always remember 3 things no matter how young you are: moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. and oh always keep you face out of the sun-use sun block even if you want some color on the rest of your body

I hope I helped you out.
Because your pale don't wear anything really dark, if you are going out to something formal then you can wear light browns or greys but nothing darker, i find that gold shimmers always look pretty with blue eyes, i have blue eyes and thats what i wear, shimmers are sooooo pretty!!!
You're only twelve so I suggest a subtle brown eyeliner to bring out the eyes! Maybe some pink lemonade/innocent pale lip gloss for those lips, and a hint of pink blush on those cheek bones or on the apples of the cheeks if you prefer. Just to give that whole 'rosy' pink look :)
Mkay since your only 12 you should go light on your makeup. So you cant really notice it. Because you dont wanna wear heavy makeup when your so young.Browns and pinks would look really good! But you dont want to go with blue.Because your eyes are blue.
Browns are always gorgeous with blue eyes! Purples are very pretty, too. My favorite eyeshadow brand from a drugstore is Maybelline.
I would start with really light colors and work your way up to brighter ones cuz if you start off with bright right away you'll be pegged automatically by everyone................trust me been there done that
Well you should try wearing foundation or a powder,a pink blush (Try Cover Girl),Mascara, and a subtle eye shadow close to you skin tone like a Taupe color!

    :)
You shouldn't even be wearing makeup at 12. At your age, it's just going to look trashy. Wait until you're at least in high school, and then come on here asking questions.
well ur olny 12 so u cant go too dark, cuz it'll look weird, but gold, silver, purple, and blue shimmers will look pretty........also mascara
im 12 and i am very white too i mostly

wear browns and pinks it just depends

on the stuff u wear if u want ur eyes to

pop out just wear light colors it will work

    for u
try a light pink or purple eye shawdow. light pink blush and a light pink gloss.
you are too young to start wearing makeup
i agree with jackie. right now, just lip gloss.
    u will look trashy

What kind of eye makeup should be used for small Blue-Grey eyes?

To help them stand out and such.

:o]What kind of eye makeup should be used for small Blue-Grey eyes?
I hope you may find some useful tips here my friend. What kind of eye makeup should be used for small Blue-Grey eyes?
    try light borwn or gold

If i have blonde hair, and blue eyes and a skinny face, what color makeup should i wear?

All my friends look really good in makeup and i don't think i look good at all with eyeliner on. I wear black mascara all the time, but that is about all. I want some pointers! =DIf i have blonde hair, and blue eyes and a skinny face, what color makeup should i wear?
I am blonde with blue-green eyes. Remember that makeup is meant to look like you're not wearing any, only to enhance features.

Just use concealer under eyes and on blemishes, and a liquid-powder to match your skin color. Make sure it's blended good into the hairline and around your jaw.

Now with blue eyes, I like to use lavender eyeshadow with brown eyeliner. Pastels are good with blue eyes, and brown eyeliner definitely helps define them. Do eyeliner and mascara on top lid only, then just do some blush on the apples of your cheeks.

It's your personal preference to use lip color, I rarely use it. I just use chapstick with SPF.If i have blonde hair, and blue eyes and a skinny face, what color makeup should i wear?
try using a black-brown mascara, and maybe a teal eye liner pencil, if your are going to use eye shadow dont use blue of anything too dark because it will just make your face look smaller..also blue shadow with blue eyes just doesnt really work well..if you do use eyeliner make sure you put a fine line and then smudge it..if you like the look on the bottom, then great, but again eye liner on the bottom is going to make your eye look smaller and therefore your face will look smaller, so if you are going to experiment with eyeliner try it just on the top of your eye.
to pop out your eyes you should wear brown colors, since that's the extremely opposite color it will bring out your eyes, try to wear brown black mascara, it will look more natural. try also a rosy color for your blush, and use pretty lip color like hot pinks.
You should go for the sets of eye makeup that say they are made for blue eyes. Alamay has some. Usually they suggest brown, blue, or bronze for eyeshadow. If you are nervous about eyeliner but want to try it, you should try to start with brown.
Trust me,blue eyeshadow will fit you PERFECTLY! I know that from experience.

    HOPE IT HELPED!
maybe try a goldish brownish eyeshadow

and if you dont look good in eyeliner then dont wear it
I have blonde hair and blue eyes and i wear black kohl eyeliner everyday..i think i look sick without it lol

What makeup and colors should I wear if I have blue/gray eyes, red/orange hair, pale, freckled, and skinny?

I am a girl with red/orange hair and light blue eyes. I'm really pale and freckled and slender. I need to know what my colors are and what makeup would look best on me.What makeup and colors should I wear if I have blue/gray eyes, red/orange hair, pale, freckled, and skinny?
I am also a rehead, I like wearing bronze eyeshadow around the inner corner of the eyes and brown up to the arch with sparkling almost black in the crease. Top it off with a coat of mascara. This really plays up my eyes. Play up the cute freckles by not wearing foundation...just wear powder and some bronzer. Remember the blush, apricot works best for me! Natural lipsticks such as peach should top this look off :)What makeup and colors should I wear if I have blue/gray eyes, red/orange hair, pale, freckled, and skinny?
I would say silver, gold, or green would most likely look the best on you.
    wear neutreals

    and greens
purple eye Shadow would look good on you

    dogs
