Yes, i have blue eyes, black hair. What colors of eye makeup should I use? What colors of eye makeup would i use when i have blue eyes and black hair?
It sounds as if you are a Deep Winter, and they look best in darker shades like deep chocolate browns, dark purples, navy, etc. You don't want a lot of pastels or light earth tones. You need colors that match the strength of your coloring. What colors of eye makeup would i use when i have blue eyes and black hair?
I've got blue eyes, and for everyday wear you probably wouldn't want cat eye makeup or super dark stuff. I found a really nice combination of colours that make your eyes stand out but still look natural, and it's springy!! Or summery or whatever :D
Ok we start with a gold - not too intense, just under the eyebrow. This makes your eyes look brighter. Then a light purpley lavender colour on the lid, not past the crease though - this is a nice colour for your blue eyes. After you have blended both these colours into your skin you can choose your 3rd colour for the day - it can really be whatever - match it with your clothes :P lets say it's a deeper green, you put it in the space from the crease to where the gold starts (put it more to the back don't really put any near where your eye is near your nose)and smudge it and blend it in with the other colours so that they merge together and not look like you have painted 3 different eyeshadows in lines on your eyes ;). Alright then you finish off with a light brush of mascara, and a little eyeliner on the upper lid under the lashes...and there you go
Hope this works for you, if not it might work for someone else :)
Blue eyes work best with dark brown colours.
Put if you have black hair I would use purple-it suits every eye colour.
Or you could do a smokey eye but don't do that if you are too pale!
Smoky eye. You can get away with that anytime. And navy blue or dark purple if you want to be dramatic!
i would try using metallic silver and purple eye shadows .. i think i would look nice :)
Dark brown and gold will give you an exotic look.

What are some great makeup tips for BLUE eyes?
Thank you! (:
They are light blue with a dark blue outline...What are some great makeup tips for BLUE eyes?
The best colors for blue eyes are brown, champagne, and copper, because they on the opposite side of the color wheel and the contrast will make your eye color pop. I use a soft grey eyeliner and a champagne eyeshadow for day, then a dark brown eyeliner and shades of chocolate, taupe, and champagne for evening/dressier occasions. I like a bronze/copper shade in the summer, when I have a tan. Black mascara always (I have dark eyebrows and lashes), but if you are really fair you might prefer brown mascara. What are some great makeup tips for BLUE eyes?
to accentuate and bring out the color of your eyes use the opposing/contrasting color for the eye shadow (imagine the opposite color on the color wheel from art class):
blue eyes will be accentuated by colors ranging from champagne, through gold, to brown.
any greys blues greens or purples will themselves look pretty but will drown out the color of your eyes.
(dont believe it? this is real easy to test, put a blue eyeshadow on one eyelid, and put a golden brown on the other, you will straight away see that the blue eyeshadow makes your eyes look even more dull and grey, but the brown will have people telling you your eyes are bright blue and sometimes even asking if youre wearing colored contacts!!)
hope this helps
Golden brown eyeliner/eyeshadow looks amazing on people with blue eyes. So does peachy-pink ';salmon'; colored shadow.
Instead of lining your eyes with black, I would get a small brush and use a warm brown eyeshadow to line all around the eye.
Other than that I'll give you the best tip I give everyone.. use black mascara and then line the inside of the upper eyelid only (right below your lashes) with a soft black liner. It makes your lashes look fuller and your eyes look bigger.
browns look fantastic the best thing you can do is try to find a palette of different shades of brown that range from light to dark..
use the lightest as a highlighter and then one of the middle tones from your eye lid upto just below where your eye bbrow starts then the darkest colour just across the eye lid x
brown eye liner looks great so does navy charcoal looks fantastic in the evening..
and use whatever colour mascara but brown or black are normally best...
OMG, you have gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous eyes. You are goddamned lucky.
Okay.
I would suggest something tawny, or brown, because they will make your eyes STAND OUT (brown contrasts with blue). Don't use blue eye shadow, because they'll only see the shadow, not your amazing peepers. :)
i have electric blue eyes and 1 big DONT is wear blue eye shadow i wear black eyeliner on the top lid with a natural base and a dark brown on the ';V'; of your eye it really makes the eyes pop and a light natural blush pinkish or peach with a gloss on lips NO LIPSTICK!! its to much!!! you will look fab try it!!
It depends how good you are at doing make up. I have grey/blue eyes and when I apply a thin line of eye liner on the upper lid people always compliment my eyes but if you use too much you'll end up looking like a goth. A whitey colour is also very good for blue eyes.
brown eyeshadow is a must, but i wouldnt mix it with too much black eyeliner. magazines say not to wear blue eyeshadow, but i wear a deep navy blue from GOSH and it looks fab! purple as well, they actually compliment each other cos i researched it!
OMG!
I Have The Same Eyes!
Well What I Started Out With Was:
- A Tiny Line Of Black Eyeliner
- put some dark eyeshadow on mixed w/ a lighter shade( dark blue and light blue)
- blush
- light pink lipstick
- clear lipgloss
works for me!

when you have blue eyes, wearing blue makes them POP.
but also when you have a brown eyshadow it makes them stand out a lot.
dont use blue eyeshadow.
wear very bright colors, that will make your eyes stand out. baby blue/light blue, will make a great color to make the blue eyes stand out.
Actually I find that grey tones or even darker browns and black colours work very well and look great to bring the eyes out.
Light browns, blues, and greys.
Greens, pinks and purples take away from the eye.
Hope that helps =)
use brown eyeliner and not too much dark eye makeup lighter colors make the blue stand out better.
In a mag it said good color eye shadows for blue eyes are silver and purple
i see girls with blue eyes,
and when they wear real black mascara, it looks SO gorgeous!
Black eyeliner color with a white-ish eyeshadow! and of coarse masacra

i have the same look to me and for my junior prom my make up artist told me that shades of purple for eyeshadows make your eyes look amazing and thats what she did and i loved it alot.
well if u have blue eyes, you should wear brown eyeliner with bronze, gold or metallic eyeshadows. you should try wearing platinum black lash blast bc it works great and really makes your eyes pop! lol. also if u ever get some blemishes, wear some true blend foundation and add alittle blush. just remember, less is always more when it comes to make up.
hope i helped good luck (:
Usually I might tell you to use an eyeliner to darken your eyes and intensify your blue eyes but since your 13 I won't. Just wear cute and fun eye shadows daily.
so try this
a Small a amount of pink blush
for the eyes a light brown with gold
and maybe mascara
good luck
Try like a pale blue, like very light and a light brown. Mabye some golds too. And if the mascara is to overwhelming for your look you can always use clear mascara.ie tab

How can i use makeup and what colors can i use to accentuate my blue eyes?
I have a dark blonde ish -caramel shade of hair color and somewhat fair skin but i want my eyes to pop incredibly so it's the first thing people notice. Details and colors would be nice. How can i use makeup and what colors can i use to accentuate my blue eyes?
It's easier than you think to accentuate your beautiful blue eyes. Below, I have listed four different eye make up looks that will really make them pop:
1) BRONZE
-Use a warm brown eye shadow colour that has some bronze in it. I highly recommend a colour by MAC called ';Texture';. It's lovely. I would apply this eye shadow colour over the entire lid area with an eye shadow brush from lash line to crease. Using a smaller eye shadow brush, use this same shade and apply it UNDERNEATH your lower lashes and smudge it quite a bit. I like the smudging affect because it creates a beautiful smoldery look.
-For a little more drama, you can take a darker bronze colour like the colour ';Bronze'; by MAC cosmetics and apply it to your crease and outer corners of your lid with an eye shadow brush. For extra drama, use the same smudging affect to apply THIS colour under your lash line.
-Finish with some dark bronze pencil eye liner on your upper lash line only. There is a colour called ';Bountiful Brown'; by MAC cosmetics that is very nice for everyday use, but you can also get a darker colour for a little more drama. Be sure to curl your lashes and use black mascara.
2) PURPLE
-For another look that will make your eyes pop, use a purple eye shadow on your entire lid. I recommend the colour ';Stars N' Rockets'; by MAC Cosmetics.
-For a little more drama, you can apply MAC's ';Shale'; or ';Satellite Dreams'; to the crease of your eye.
-Use a very thin eye liner brush, wet it, dip it into your dark purple eye shadow (the ';Shale'; or ';Satellite Dreams'; colour) and line your upper lashes.
-Finish by curling your lashes and applying black mascara.
3) CHOCOLATE BROWN
-Use the colour mystery and an angled eye liner brush to apply MAC eyeshadow in ';Mystery'; to your upper lash line. By using this angled brush, you are getting a nice smudged liner look that is really flattering and because of the dark colour, it will really make your eyes pop out.
4) BLACK
-It might sound like this look might be dramatic, but you can make it natural or dramatic depending on how much you apply. Use a thin eye liner brush and put it in a bit of Vaseline so the entire brush is coated in a thin layer. Now, put the brush in a dark black eye shadow colour, like MAC Cosmetic's ';Carbon';. Line your upper lash line with this black colour. You can make the line as thick or as thin as you would like, depending on how natural you would like the look to be. I love using the Vaseline because it makes it sort of glossy looking, which is a great look when using black. It is optional, however, but you should try it out once.
-For more drama, line underneath your lower lash line with a black eye liner. Make the line quite precise. If you want, you can also line your lower inner rims, but I like to stay away from this because it can be irritating and for some people it can make the eyes look smaller.
-Curl your lashes and apply black mascara.
I find that all of these will make your eyes pop, but especially the black. If you want a more dramatic look you can apply some black eyeshadow to your eyelid, too.
All of these looks are fantastic. Good luck! How can i use makeup and what colors can i use to accentuate my blue eyes?
if you want people to notice your eyes big time then they have to be dramatic. Try bold eyeshadow in a bright colour (greens and blues look good with blue eyes) with lots of mascara (good quality mind so your lashes don;t clump) and eyeliner along the top of the lid in black - liquid eyeliner looks most fluid and effective if you can do it well.
However, if you want people to just think wow, she looks beautiful but not have it so obvious then using a blue eyeliner along the top and bottom of the lids, mascara and a silvery eyeshadow applied sparingly can look very effective but not to obvious, in a more suble kind of way.
I have no special expertise but your colouring sounds similar, if slightly lighter, than mine and thats what I've found works. Good luck, Louise x
I say use gold shadow as the base. Then, above that, put some light sky-blue shadow only on the top so some of the pink is still showing. Then use blue liquid eyeliner on your top lid by your lashes.

uuse brown eyeliner and light purple eyeshadow, they bring out lighter tones in the blue eye and make them look really good, o and mascera and lip gloss
Orange. Oh yeah
I think if u want a more natural look for relaxed days, try light shades of browns. But if u want them to appear more blue, (which i think is ur main qu.) go for gold, peach, coppers, blue %26amp; lilac. These are more of a contrast towards ur blue, making them more bluer %26amp; noticable.
use brown - dark brown eyeliner
also if you use white eyeliner just in the inside of your eye it will make your eyes appear bigger and more awake
also if you put white powder on the inside corners of your eyes people will notice it more
I would say use a blue eyeshadow the same colour as your eyes
mostly people wear shirts/dresses the same colour as their eyes because it really brings them out
also try brown natural colours hazel
i use golds and coppers, my eyes are grey/blue and b/c i want the *blue* to be more obvious than the grey i use MAX gilt complex eyeliner(it's a bronze/ copper color) and an eyeshadow that's copper on the lids, but make it lighter %26amp; more gold as you go up... if your eyelashes need to seem thicker, you could do one layer of black eyeliner that's thick and then a thin layer of the other color on top... the black eyeliner adds to the visiual thickness of your lashes but the colored one will make your eyes pop...
hope it helps... and p.s..... don't go too crazy w/ the copper... if you don't like the red tones maybe go for a brown...
on your avatar it looks like it's wearing dark brownish-blackish eyeliner,do that because eyeliner makes your eyes pop trust me..my friend has brown hair and green eyes and saw blondes who have used eyeliner and that's the first thing that I saw their eyes pop.So use dark eyeliner.
the trick is to use lots of dark colors. anything on the dark side should do the trick. my choice would be black mascara, black eyeliner, dark gray smoky eyeshadow.
ok a black or dark brown eye liner and that eyelash curler stuff would work nice my friend had features like u have discribed
i have blue eyes and the best thing i do is black eyeliner and just smear it with a q tip
Blues, bronzes and golds would make your blue eyes pop the best.
Put a dark chocolate color on your eyelid, then blend a gray blue in the crease and then use a light shimmery blue or champagne color up to your brow bone as a highlighter.
Finally use a thickening and curling mascara like Loreal Voluminous, Dior Show or Too Faced Eye Lash Injection to open up your eyes.
A lot of makeup companies make color pallets for specific eye colors. Almay makes one that's pretty reasonably priced. If you like more expensive makeup go to Sephora, I believe that POP has one out as well as the actual Sephora line.

In need of makeup tips for blue eyes & blue dress?
I am going to a party and I am wearing a navy blue dress and I have blue eyes and porcelain skin. I need some makeup ideas for how to make my eyes pop! Pictures of examples would be AWESOME!In need of makeup tips for blue eyes %26amp; blue dress?
Go for a brown colour eyeshadow, this colour will make ur blue eyes pop. use a brown eyeliner, but dont go too brown- so go for a black mascara. only do eyeliner under the lashes or in inner bit half way so ur eyes dont look too small. use a natural looking pink for blush %26amp; keep the lips neutral or light pinkIn need of makeup tips for blue eyes %26amp; blue dress?
hey there! i also have pale skin and blue eyes. i used to wear a lot of blue gowns for pageants, and i would always go with a smokey eye. remember to keep a glossy nude lip...
here is my smokey eye...step by step and simple as can be...
start with a thin layer of shadow base or eye primer
black or dark grey shadow in the shape of a sideways V on the corner of the eye, working into the crease with a flat shadow brush (i use merle norman shadow in ebony and palladio flat shadow brush)
lighter grey shimmer shadow over the lid with a contour shadow brush, blending into the first darker shade (mac idol eyes is my favorite for this step, with a mark contour brush)
silvery/champagne shimmer shadow under the brow bone and dotted on inner corners of eyes with full shadow brush (merle norman shadow in sun beam with avon shader brush)
black liner all the way across top lid, slightly thicker on outer edges, and 3/4 way across bottom (avon glimmersticks liner in blackest black)
sweep thin line of medium shimmer grey under lower lash line, below and slightly over black liner
curl lashes and add 2 coats of volumizing black mascara (maybelline volum' express turbo boost 7Xs mascara in black)
-you can also do a smokey eye with shades of brown, purple, green... any color. but greys will go best with what you are wearing.
stila (at sephora) has a smokey eye kit that has 4 shadows in a palette...push a tiny button and a voice speaks instructions to you. there is also a holographic image of an eye that shows where the different shades go when you turn it. 30-something $$$
for drugstore palettes, try revlon, loreal, covergirl and maybelline. i know all of those lines carry them, but not sure of the names. avon also has a shadow quads. ';sueded nudes'; is a good one for browns, and ';smokey eyes'; is good for greys, although the greys are on the lighter side. you could also try ';fresh cut greens'; and ';vintage violets';.
good luck and have fun!!!
Sorry I don't have pix, but if you wanna try this, click here:
http://www.seventeen.com/hair-skin-makeu鈥?/a>
For black, smoky eyes that POP:
1. Apply black eyeliner around whole eye (on the inside edge).
2. Then apply black eyeshadow on lids.
3. Also apply light highlighter to upper eye (under eyebrows) to make that POP.
4) Add mascara. (2 coats)
5) Put on other make up. (NATURAL lips and cheeks)
I think that this will look super cute.
Have fun at your party!
mascara, maybe a dark blue eyeshadow- like navy- and some eyeliner applied to the outer bottom edge of your eye and on your tope rim to about 2/3 along. Black eyeliner would probably be best unless you can find a dark blue one?
Perhaps not something exactly like this but along the lines?

stila (at sephora) has a smokey eye kit that has 4 shadows in a palette...push a tiny button and a voice speaks instructions to you. there is also a holographic image of an eye that shows where the different shades go when you turn it.

Perhaps not something exactly like this but along the lines?

i suggest you apply a darker color for the base and a lighter one to match your hair
Try to bring out your eye color, by using blue eye shadows with black eyeliner. For your cheeks and lips, try to contact MAC on line. They have cosmetogoists on live chat, who could help you with coloring. Good Luck!
You are so lucky! You can wear color that compliments your haircolor and accents your eyes at the same time. Use peachy-coppery-bronzey shades--they'll look totally natural against your hair and skin, and the orange in the shades is the opposite of blue, so your eyes will pop. Finish with peachy blush or bronzer on the cheeks and peachy or coppery gloss.
Try green eyeshadow, and avoid very pink blushes.

i think you'd look great in champagne/tan/gold/bronze eyeshadow shades, with light rosy pink blush and sparkly champage lip gloss! :)
pastel non-red colors
you are a red headed spring
there are four groups
winter,fall,spring,summer
you are a spring bc of your skin and eyes
and your red hair prevents you from looking good in reds and pinks
but on the other had you look good in green clothes or eyeshadow most ppl don't look their best in green
I would say greens usually look pretty good with red hair. If you would like you can go to www.marykay.com/ryoder3 and choose a model that has similar hair and skin tone to try different colors on her and see what you think looks best.

What makeup should I use for blue eyes that will make them stand out?
as a general rule, those with blue eyes should look for eye makeup in gray, violet, taupe, purple, and deep blue. you could also try using a dark shade of blue will actually bring out the more natural blue tones in your eyes; giving you a brighter and more vibrant look.
if you are looking for an edgier or more dramatic evening look, mixing black liner with a bright blue will give you a classic smoky effect. you can also throw in some silver, fuschia, or turquoise if you are going out and want a funky nighttime feel.
violets and lavenders are most recommended if you have a combination of baby blues and blonde hair. this is because a light purple is the most flattering for most blondes who tend to have fairer skin than those with darker hair.
you can use violet on the creases of your eyelids as well as on the lid in general. a lighter lavender above the crease will give you a more dramatic look for evenings. more neutral colors are ideal for daytime, but it's always fun to wear purple no matter what the time or season!
tans and browns can flatter the shape and shade of your eyes without overpowering your hair or other features. in the evenings, adding a gold shimmer is a great finishing touch for those with gorgeous, fiery hair and contrasting blue eyes.
i would keep your lips simple with a natural looking gloss, that way you can have a bit more fun with your eye make-up.
hope this helps
xWhat makeup should I use for blue eyes that will make them stand out?
First of all, I would recommend that you use dark brown mascara and eyeshadow. It looks the best with blue eyes, and it will look more natural than black. Blue eyes usually go the best with warm/complimentary colors of eyeshadow like orange. It really makes the color of the eye stand out. For the eyeshadow I would recommend colors such as gold and brown (Very nice!) plum, peach, and even gray. I think warmer eyeshadows usually look better if they're shimmery, and mattes usually work for darker colors. Also, you usually don't want to wear blue eyeshadow with blue eyes because it can compete with your natural eye color for attention. Just find some colors you love, and good luck! What makeup should I use for blue eyes that will make them stand out?
Hi,
Browns are best for blue eyes. They will make them ';pop';...you can use black mascara though. I would recommend buying a palette that has at least 3-4 colors. Use the medium brown on the lid...one of the darker browns (if more than one in palette) on the crease...and the lightest color under the brow bone. Use the same color that you use in the crease for your eyeliner under the eye. You only need to line 3/4 of the eye...thicker towards the outside and thinner towards your nose. BLEND BLEND BLEND...make sure to blend all three colors so it does not look like paint.
Have fun!
A light eye shadow and black mascara and black eye liner on the bottom of your eyes, you can also put it at the top 2. i think it does the trick anyway :)
id go for gray eyeshadow black eyeliner on top and bottom if you want to look more bright then go for a middle blue with dark blue eyeliner at the top
browns, golds, orangesie tab

What type of makeup could I wear with a dark/navy blue dress?
I have my prom on friday, and have everything but my makeup. I don't know what type of makeup would look right with my dress. I tried a classic red lipstick with fairly neutral eyes, but the colour clashed with my dress. My skin tone is a tanned, very light brown colour. What type of makeup would work with everything and be appropriate for prom? What type of makeup could I wear with a dark/navy blue dress?

Do navy blue eyes _light in the corner and gradually getting darker (as you go further out_ maybe abit of silver in the middle to emphasize the colour of your eyes - dark eye liner (you could probably get away with black) and with loads of mascara you can't go wrong
Hope you have a nice time!
umm...for both of these, make the lighter color silver.

if you dont know how to do smokey eye look it up on youtube or ask me...im a pro,..hah not really...but im pretty good.
and do a soft pink on the lips...kinda neutral with a tint. and do a skin tone on the cheeks...but just a little darker to excentuate your cheek bones...
Don't wear blue eyeshadow, even if it is darker or lighter than your dress. It is tacky to match your makeup to your outfit. I'd recommend a dark gray (like gunmetal) smoky eye, or even a dark brown smoky eye with a nude lip.
you could try silver makeup, or go for nude colours that look naturally flattering. If you have an amazing dress, you dont want to draw the attention away by going over the top on make up :)
have a great time at your prom! xx
What you want to do is have an equal amount of attention on each part of you. Your hair, your wardrobe and your makeup! The three most important things to look attractive! With navy blue dress you might want to start with a dark mascara! Straighten your eyelashes with something that will continue with that mysterious darkness. Then go for eyeshadow! Light blues and regular blues are very nice around the eyes. But if blue can't work out then no eyeshadow is good. If you are allowed pluck your eyebrows, it will give you are more fierce look.
Now about your nose,if you are allowed trim your nose hairs. They are never attractive. If someone can see your nose hairs at the prom they are going to worry about you. Unlike me I would just laugh and let it slip my mind, but that's me! lol Anyways, the nose hair thing is really important. Also make sure it's clean and no buggies are inside. Because that's more embarressing. Now make sure you aren't congested and always keep a purse with some tisue in it in case you have to sneze or blow your nose.
Now we're on your mouth. I'm gonna say this and only once, your prom date isn't gonna like it if your breath stanks. lol So brush your teeth softly for 2 minutes, try humming softly to keep you entertained. Also rinse your mouth with peroxide and/or baking soda so your teeth look instantly whiter. Just because your mouth isn't the most important thing doesn't mean we can't ad some mouthwash too!
Regular makeup like concealer is important too. But don't overdue it because nobody will be paying attention to your outfit. Try to put on very little but enough to cover your face.
Lips are important too! Try an ocean blue or maybe even dark rainy sky blue. Do you see where I'm going. The blues are a great chice but if blue is unmanagable then you can always try purple or hot pink.
I hope you have a nice prom and in preparation you might want to start purchasing.

Best makeup for a tan chick with blue eyes and brown hair?
I want to make my eyes look bigger too if possible- just please no black eyeliner ^.^ my eyes are the color of paris hilton's and I'm perdy dern tan :) thanx so much!Best makeup for a tan chick with blue eyes and brown hair?
here are some great tips for u
# You don't need a lot of makeup for your makeup to do its job--in fact in many cases, less is more.
# Choose an eye shadow that complements your blue eyes. Shades in the brown, rose and violet families are best. The warm hue of these shades contrasts with the cold tone of your blues to really make them pop. Use a shade that is darker in tone than your eye color to make your baby blues shine
# to enhance blue eyes is to line the inner rims of your eyelids with a white liner. This really opens up the eyes and magnifies the blue color.
Try adding a touch of shimmering white or pale silver eyeshadow beneath the brow to further enhance blue eye color. Be careful not to overdo this to avoid a harsh, overly made up look. Finish up with a coral lipstick which can further magnify your eye color.
# Select a brown shade of eyeliner. The harshness of traditional, black liner will take away from the natural beauty of blue eyes. Choose a dark or medium brown liner to highlight blue tones.
# Blue or brown mascara can help highlight blue eyes by making your eyes look bigger. Take the mascara wand and apply the mascara. Start at the root of your eye lash and coat the lashes to the tips. You may want to apply several coats to get the full effect of the mascara.
# Apply a light or neutral tone blush and lip color. Keeping the rest of your makeup minimal will naturally draw attention to your eyes.Best makeup for a tan chick with blue eyes and brown hair?
As a person with blue eyes, I can honestly say that brown is the way to go here. If you're really tan, go with some gold! Maybe a light gold all over the lid and then a darker brown in the crease and on the side of your lid (go from the middle to the edge). That is one way to make your eyes look bigger. Another way to make your eyes look bigger is by applying eyeliner to the corner of your bottom lid (maybe 1/4 of the way in). A little bit of brown eyeliner goes a long way, you don't need much, just enough to define your eye!
hope this helps!

Then used a black eyeshadow as eyeliner for the upper part of the lid then a black pencil for under. It was so nice. Made her eyes just pop right out.

Blue eyes stand out automatically!
Use Black eyeliner on top and bottom, with a light sandy brown eye shadow, I have a friend with blue eyes and white hair, that looks the bast on her.
You can wear something that compliments your eye color.
You can also wear something that draws attention to your face (such as obvious earrings, naturally you would like them to look smashing as well, but it is more likely to draw attention toward the eye-level)
Combining the two concepts, you can wear a complimentary color to your eyes, in something that draws attention to them.
If the result is the comment ';Wow, your (object) really match your eyes!';, you have succeeded.

Between your hair color and your blue eyes you definatly want to make your eyes pop ....I suggest you go to the Mac counter the makeup artist does a really good job at suggestion the pefect makeup for you. Plus its really good quality stuff if this is your first time experimenting with makeup dont buy the cheap stuff, because the drug store clerk will not help you in chosing a brand and color thats right for you...i suggest that you use grays, violets, taupes, purples, and deep blues. Deep blues like a deep blue eyeliner instead of a black eyeliner will make your eyes pop...The taupes will bring out your hair color...and the violets are more for a softer look....maybe even light shades of pink if you want to have a natural color.....But Mac makeup is the way to go they last all day plus if you finish like 6 of the containers of the eyeshadow, foundation, lipstick anything of their product that is plastic...you can get a free lipstick or eyeshadow!! i love it!!! Also, please dont wear baby blue eyeshadow thats soooooooooooooo 80's!! and for lipstick i suggest that you go with your natural color like clear lip gloss or a color similar to your skin or lips...your eyes are a beautiful blue and should be the main focus on your face....Oh before i 4get use bronzer on your face to give yourself a slight glow...it enhances your complexion as if you have just been sunkissed...and that will bring out your hair color as well...GOOD LUCKWhat makeup would go with light blue eyes/ ivory light skin and golden brunette hair?
Wow...You sound like you look exactly like me!!! Hears what i do and everyone tells me i look great. Try Greens, browns, or pinks on your eyes. Cover girl's highlighting mascara works really well, and i got mine on sale for $6.00. Also black eyeliner helps blue eyes stand out. A light pink blush or a light brown blush looks really nice on pale skin. Sheer pink lip gloss also looks nice with the pale skin. Hope I helped!!
try these colors..not the design..the design is nice but the colors is what im showing you..

A green or a purple would make your eyes just pop! MAX has some pretty bold shades if you are daring, but covergirl has some good quality products for a good price! Maybalene mascera in the pink and green tube you can go wrong with, and any black eye liner would be good.
but i am am really pale
and i have very light blue eyes with a dark blue trim around my eyes?
what would make my eyes stand out?

What makeup would go well with brown hair and blue eyes?
also i have very plae skin. im 24 and have never used makeup but want to start what colours should i buy? any tips on how to apply makeup? What makeup would go well with brown hair and blue eyes?
Well, i have a few tips but nothing in detail, sorry!
Colours eyeshadow:
blue
silver
gold
purples
smokey black
Apply:
get a eyeshadow brush, dust it with eyeshadow and gently sweep it across your eye lid.
Blusher:
rose pink
Apply:
dust a brush in the blusher and sweep it across your cheek bone/apple of your cheek untill slightly rosy, and you get a healthy, glowing look
Lip liner/gloss:
plain
pink
skin colour
Apply: apply it to all of your lips, being careful not to go over the edge of your lips
Mascara:
black
brown
blue if you want to go O.T.T.
Apply: brush it over both the top and bottom eye lashes but only put on a light layer else it goes thick and clumpy and does not look good.
Concelor:
a colour that matches your skin tone!
Apply: dab a bit on your mark/spot and blend in with the surrounding skin untill you can hardly notice it
Eye liner:
black
brown
Apply: too hard to explain so watch this although i suggest only appliying it to either the top bit or the bottom. it looks a bit wierd if you apply to both. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSc9r4tzW鈥?/a>
I wouldn't reccomend using foundation as it dries out your skin but you can dust a bit of powder over your face at the end just to keep all the make up in place. look at some of these products!
Mascara: http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/s鈥?/a>
Eye liner: http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/s鈥?/a>

Lip gloss: http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/s鈥?/a>
Blusher: http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/s鈥?/a>
Concelor: http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/s鈥?/a>
Face powder: http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/s鈥?/a>
You will need some make up remover so here is some eye and face stuff:

I hope this all helped! good luck! :)What makeup would go well with brown hair and blue eyes?
for skin:
Try nicola from girls aloud foundation as it compliments pale skin and before you add it use a light moisturiser to help blend it in and give it a healthy glow then put a tiny (literally ) blob of foundation on you're nose ,both cheeks, forehead and chin. then if you wanted to make you're skin appear slightly darker use a very pale bronzer barely noticeable and do one stroke on the bottom of the apple of you're cheek.
For eyes,
You're very lucky to have blue eyes, they're very pretty! for you're eyes i'd say
dark blue ( brings out youre eyes and goes with your hair colour)
baby pink ( pretty with brunettes and look extra pretty under a coat of black mascara.)
try doing a smokey eye aswell as that suits from very pale to tan.
For lips
soft pink is a good place to start and makes youre make-up look more natural and its a good thing to wear in the day.
glossy red is a very night look but very pretty on people with blue eyes and brown hair so try that in night!
I also recommend for hair that you use a serum to make it shiny and if its straight add some ringlets with curlers ( nikki clarks are very good) and if its curly , straighten it! ( Try GHD's as they help straighten quicker.) and maybe get a new haircut to go with youre new fabulous look :)
Hope I helped and trust me, make-up is very fun to use! X
for your eyes I would recommend;
blues
peaches
browns
silvers- balcks
But in shops like super drug and boots they sell l'oreal eye make up compacts and there really good! just like profesional make up and they tell you what colours you can get to match your eyes.
And maybe if you wish you can apply some eyeliner; browns, blacks
eyeshadow colors:
peachy pinks
bronzey light golds
deep sea blues
chocolaty browns
eggplant purples
silvery blues
lip gloss or lipstick colors:
reds
peacky pinks
shimmery ivorys
lemony mauves
blush and bronzers:
slitly pinky bronze
mauve
plum
EYELINER EYELINER EYELINER!!!!!!!!!

What makeup can i use and what can i do to enhance my blue eyes?
I have blonde hair and really really blue eyes, everyone always comments on them as they are so bright and blue. What can i do to enhance them? ie. any eyeshadows, eyeliner? What makeup can i use and what can i do to enhance my blue eyes?
A dark burgundy eyeliner really helps bring out the blue in your eyes. What makeup can i use and what can i do to enhance my blue eyes?
Black mascara, for the contrast. Black and blue always look soooo good together, haha that reminds me of bruises, but trust me, it's really pretty. Also, purple (eggplant) eyeliner (k i know it sounds weird, but I did it for my friend who has blue eyes and it looked SOOO good!)., but only put it on the bottom. I think that would really look great, good luck :)
If you have blue eyes, you should always look at teh oppisite side of the color wheel to really make your blue eyes pop.
Orange is the opposite on the color wheel. If you aren't in to wearing ornge makeup, try wearing naturaly eyeshadow and liner, and an orange shirt.
That should really make them pop, but if you are into taking a risk that day, try orange makeup.
Hope I helped! :)
Go with earthy colours - they'll make them POP!
I'd say use brown eyeliner (if you decide to use eyeliner), brown or green (soft green, not lime) , or charcoal eyeshadow, and a mascara that isn't too overwhelming.
NEVER use blue makeup - it looks gross. Plum looks good on the bottom lids.
I've got blue eyes, too, and that's what really makes them accentuated.
You could always go to sears or somewhere and get them to tell you about makeup and stuff. Good Luck!
blue eyeliner works great.
or you could wear your normal makeup.
and then take some blue shadow.
and go under your eye with it, about a quartor of the way, starting from away from your nose.
i do it with green, cause i have green eyes, and it works really good
Don't use blue eye makeup !
Use the opposite eye shadow colour to your eye colour, so use brown eyeshadow, liner and mascara to make your eye colour stand out
Alsoo silver and golds look great for the evening,
:)
The makeup you can use and what you can do to enhance your blue eyes is wear baby blue, blue, and brown eye makeup like eyeshadow and eyeliner.
I hope I helped! [:
u should use MAC cosmetics. if u go to the store they they help u with everything u need and they are really educated when it comes to makeup.
hope i helped :)
u should use blue eyeliner like AquaMarine and something to make your face look tan but not overdone

I think eyeliner looks hookerish. Don't use it! Blue eyes tend to stand well on their own, I think. If you want, use a LITTLE dark mascara. That should create a good outline.
dark brown liquid-eyeliner, i love mine. or gold eyeshadow or purple eyeshadow, I know because i have blue eyes too!
Browns, greys, golds, rusty peaches or plum colors. I also think the smokey eye look looks amazing.
Eyeliner would really do the trick and maybe a light eyeshadow
brown liner

I am thirteen years old with golden hair and dark blue eyes. My skin is very pale. What makeup should i wear?
I need a routine that isnt to showy, but helps my looks. I need it fresh and clean looking, but also soft. Please include what type of lipstick, lipgloss, eyeshadow, concealer,br鈥?or whatever i should use for my daily routine. i just need the color and what it is.I am thirteen years old with golden hair and dark blue eyes. My skin is very pale. What makeup should i wear?
I am 14 and I have been using makeup since I was twelve and my skin is fine, and my mother who is 44 has been using makeup since she was 11 and she has to die for skin (and her skin looks mch better than many of her same age friends who never wear makeup). DOn't let these people discourage you to wear it!
Cover Up: Almay foundation is uber light and won't look all cakey and gross, plus it goes on very naturally (try Nearly Naked kind). This won't clog your pores! I hate dream matte mouse my Maybelline was good, but I haven't tried it. An expensive but absolutely phenominal brand is Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup! Go to their website for locations and you'll be amazed with this!
Mascara: Use a very dark colored mascara, black is best. L'Oreal makes good mascara, and Almay does too.
Blush: Physician's Formula mineral blush in natural glow looks very light and natural, and is great for pale skin!
Lipstick + Gloss: Pair a natural colored lipstick and gloos together to make your lips pop. Revlon and covergirl make good lipsticks!!!!
Eyshadow: This is only if you use light colors and know how to apply it. Put the darkest color close to your lashline, and then the lightest color and your brow bone. Then if you have any other colors go from lightest to darkest starting from your brow bone!
Have fun playing with makeup! Don't be afraid to try new colors!I am thirteen years old with golden hair and dark blue eyes. My skin is very pale. What makeup should i wear?
I don't think you need to be thinking about wearing make up at 13! But if you have to make sure you have a good skincare routine too. A ph-balanced cleanser/face wash morning and night, forget all the oxy..this and spot zapp that...it will be too harsh, get something for sensitive skin. A tinted moisturiser will be fine for you (with an SPF 15+ allday, everyday, rain or shine!), especially if you have pale skin as it will look obvious and not natural if you wear a foundation or a powder. Moisturisers come with tanning agents these days too so if you want a little healthy glow all the time go for that (for fair /normal skin). A slick of nude gloss will be perfect and NO black/blue eyeliner or mascara, it will just make you look like you are trying too hard. A really light taupe eyeshadow over the lid with a darker shade on the lash line (close to the upper eyelashes) will be fine for nights out etc and a smidge of bronzer all over and I mean a smidge! Make sure your eyebrows are groomed too as this can make all the difference and even make you look like you have makeup on when you don't!
Starting out with a good routine at your age will reap the benefits later!! Always wash your make up off before bed and don't share with ya buddies!
13 is too young to wear make-up.
Use products that will help to improve your skin!
Like a tinted moisturizer(with SPF)(neutrogena)
tinted Lip Balm to give you just a hint of color and a healthy look and also moisturize and protect your lips(burt's bees)
I wouldn't care about eyeshadow or eyeliner...
But if your lashes doesn't have 'color'....you might use mascara.....in clear or brown!
and if you're really pale ...Blush!
And if you have blemishes or dark circles....Concealer
But please, just make use of everything if you really need :)
Now you should watch this video...and have an idea...how to put everything together...
Smashbox - Fresh Faced Beauty Tutorial

And remember, you're young so you have the key to have great skin int the future moisturize clean...and use PRODUCTS WITH SPF everyday
OK. Because you're only thirteen, you need to keep it simple. Try this:
-Use concealer to cover minor blemishes and marks. Keep it at a MAXIMUM of two shades lighter than your skin tone.
-If you want, try a bit of mascara. Use a black or brown, or a mix of both. Start from the roots of your lashes and drag it up to the tips to give the illusion of length. For an extra touch, add it on the bottom lashes. For extra volume, do three coats. Do the next coat after each first coat has dried.
-Try a bit of shimmery eye shadow. It really adds effect without being too overdone. A light dusting of a gentle silver or grey shadow will be great on you, and will help your eyes open up while emphasizing the blue. A nice pale lilac will really emphasize that blue as well.
-A clear coating of lip gloss works amazingly. Either that, or a light pink gloss. Light pink works excellent with blondes. To make it last longer, apply a light coating of lip balm or ChapStick. Since it's winter that is actually a good idea because lip gloss can dry lips out; that way, they have more protection. Vaseline works too as both a protecting gloss and lip moisturizer.
If you really feel you lack colouring in your cheeks naturally, try just a bit of blush on the apples of your cheeks. Do it in a circular motion. Find blushes that are oil-free to prevent clogging your pores and getting pimples. Shimmery blushes will highlight pimples if you have any on your cheeks, so try a more matte blush if needed.
XOXO,
Laurie
Don't use black eyeliner. It takes away from your pretty blue peepers. Use brown. Sometimes I use dark if I want a dramatic effect. Most often I will use a light, golden brown. (I like Covergirl Perfect Point Plus in Espresso and Almay Bring Out The Blue in Brown Topaz)
Usually I will wear my eyeliner on the top inner rim and the bottom inner rim of the eye, but not accross the lid. I think it is a more natural look that way. When putting it on top of the lid, I never go too thick.
For shadows, you want gold tones. Yellow is opposite of blue on the color wheel and so it will make blue stand out the most when the two colors are paired. (Try Covergirl eye pallette in Country Woods or Shimmering Sands.)
You can even try enhancing your blue eyes with a bit of blue eyeshadow or some blue mascara. Just be careful because blue eyeshadow can get real trashy real fast.
Try getting Almay's Smart Shade foundation. It only comes in three shades: light, medium, and dark. It goes on white and then blends into the color of your skin! It is so amazing, I looove it. It only about ten dollars too, which is relatively cheap for a quality product. If you decide to go for a different foundation, look for an oil-free foundation that will prevent breakouts. Before buying, rub a little on your hand to see if it matches up. If your foundation is too dark you will look like an orange sponge cake. :]
If you have less-than-perfect skin then try a Covergirl concealer underneath your foundation, and L'Oreal true match powder over the top. This will make for an overall flawless look. I usually buy my powder a shade lighter than my foundation, just because for some reason it makes my skin look great.
I really reccommend seeing a Mary Kay consultant or a beauty rep behind the counter of a decent makeup store (Try Sephora or Dillard's). I got started with makeup by having a visit with my mom's friend who was a Mary Kay consultant. She gave me a makeover and then handed me her big fat book of samples and an book of tips and let me go crazy for a week. After that I realized that I knew what I wanted to do with my life. haha.
if you're very pale then why is your avatar tan?
Very little, at most a tinted moisturezer with a sheer lip-gloss

What eye makeup colors emphasize light blue eyes?
I have light blue (sometimes green) eyes and always feel like the makeup colors I wear wash out or hide my eyes. I'd like some advice, from personal experience or makeup artists, about what color eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara I can use to actually bring out my eyes. What eye makeup colors emphasize light blue eyes?
I have light blue eyes too :)
Eyeshadow: light brown, gold, champagne, light bluey tones
Eyeliner: BROWN!!!
Mascara: curl and coat your lashes with extremely black mascara. If you curl them, they'll lift up and it shows more of your eyes.
Try these tips, i PROMISE they'll work! What eye makeup colors emphasize light blue eyes?
I also have blue eyes, and I know that Almay has certain eye shadows that play up different color eyes. There is one that intensifies your color and another that plays it up for a bolder look. Most of the colors are either shades of blues or browns. Just go here:
http://www.almay.com/pg/main/catcoleyeslips.aspx?catid=32%26amp;catnm=Eyes%26amp;subid=5%26amp;subnm=Blue%26amp;col1=224%26amp;col2=225
i have blue eyes too and for eyeshadows ive used a deep purple with hints of gold, an orangy goldcolor, and white and theyve all worked rlly well. for mascara i always use black it rllyopens up your eyes and for eyeliner i either use jet black or a rlly dark blue
for blue eyes greens, browns (dark ones mostly), dark blues, light pinks, and even plum can make your eyes pop..and also if your brave enough, using blue mascara (cheapest would be NYC's blue cobalt mascara) would make your eyes pop!
Hope that helps a little! :)
To me, i wold use browns or blacks for the eyeliner. Black really brings it out. and use lots of black mascara! it helps open up your eyes and brighten them so it'll make the color pop!
well orange is the opposite color of blue
which they both make each other stick out
but since not many people wear orange eye shadow i would say something a little closer to brown
but kinda orange idk how to explain
Silvers or gold tones naturally enhance blue eyes.
DEFINATELY BLACK!

i have the same look to me and for my junior prom my make up artist told me that shades of purple for eyeshadows make your eyes look amazing and thats what she did and i loved it alot.
well if u have blue eyes, you should wear brown eyeliner with bronze, gold or metallic eyeshadows. you should try wearing platinum black lash blast bc it works great and really makes your eyes pop! lol. also if u ever get some blemishes, wear some true blend foundation and add alittle blush. just remember, less is always more when it comes to make up.
hope i helped good luck (:
Usually I might tell you to use an eyeliner to darken your eyes and intensify your blue eyes but since your 13 I won't. Just wear cute and fun eye shadows daily.
so try this
a Small a amount of pink blush
for the eyes a light brown with gold
and maybe mascara
good luck
Try like a pale blue, like very light and a light brown. Mabye some golds too. And if the mascara is to overwhelming for your look you can always use clear mascara.

What eye makeup makes light blue eyes stand out?
as a general rule, those with blue eyes should look for eye makeup in gray, violet, taupe, purple, and deep blue. you could also try using a dark shade of blue will actually bring out the more natural blue tones in your eyes; giving you a brighter and more vibrant look.
if you are looking for an edgier or more dramatic evening look, mixing black liner with a bright blue will give you a classic smoky effect. you can also throw in some silver, fuschia, or turquoise if you are going out and want a funky nighttime feel.
violets and lavenders are most recommended if you have a combination of baby blues and blonde hair. this is because a light purple is the most flattering for most blondes who tend to have fairer skin than those with darker hair.
you can use violet on the creases of your eyelids as well as on the lid in general. a lighter lavender above the crease will give you a more dramatic look for evenings. more neutral colors are ideal for daytime, but it's always fun to wear purple no matter what the time or season!
tans and browns can flatter the shape and shade of your eyes without overpowering your hair or other features. in the evenings, adding a gold shimmer is a great finishing touch for those with gorgeous, fiery hair and contrasting blue eyes.
i would keep your lips simple with a natural looking gloss, that way you can have a bit more fun with your eye make-up.
hope this helps
xWhat eye makeup makes light blue eyes stand out?
Brown eye shadow and brown or black mascara makes blue stand out.
Bare Minerals ';Celestine'; eye shadow works on mine. It's kind of a shiny/metallic fawn colour that gives a nice soft colour that makes the blue stand out. You can use it wet to make it more shiny and intense for an evening look. What eye makeup makes light blue eyes stand out?
Browns and coppers. Black is very severe, brown is classic and sophisticated. I think its Almay who has the accent kits by eye color. those are very good - even just to look at color ideas.
smokey black eyeliner. apply normaly and as well look down and put it right were your lashes are kind of extremly near your eyes, to get a smokey affect.
I've always thought green shadow looks nice. Don't go overboard with the liner. Try mixing light shades of blue and yellow as well, that would be nice.
Black mascara %26amp; black eyeliner, but keep the rest natural or subdued.
Good Luck hunni. May every make up session turn out the way you hoped for or even better. X :-)
try dark black eyeliner, then put some blue (matching eyes) underneath or at the corners....it will make the black pupils stand out and the iris' look bluer!!
black eye shadow and liner it contrasted it can makes your blue eyes appear Crystal and sexy
try a green eyeliner (barry m does a nice one) with lots of black mascara.
good luck

What is teh best way to do your makeup if you have fare skin and blue eyes and blond hair?
Bright colors stand out way to much on my face, and i dont want to look liek im waring alot of makeup, i jus twant to look good. how can i make my face look better without standing out too much? What is teh best way to do your makeup if you have fare skin and blue eyes and blond hair?
depends... do you have gold/yellow undertones or do you have blue undertones?
Best suggestion is to hit the free makeover counters in the department stores or a sephora and get a make over. Then ask for their suggestions. What is teh best way to do your makeup if you have fare skin and blue eyes and blond hair?
ok. So I'm taking a fashion class, right? And you sound like a perfect summer or spring. I'm a summer.
Bright white skin, blonde hair, possible freckles, etc.
Light blues, different shades of pink, and rosy colors, and beigey colors oh, and light green colors would look good. BUT be careful not to use dark pinks on your eyes because I guaranty it'll make you look like u'r on crack. lol
I'm wondering what color of eyes u have. Because if you have kind of hazely eyes or greenish blue, I also recommend u not put dark, dark blues on and no REALLY dark black kind of colors because they will make ur eyes look sunken in. ok?
sparkles also look very nice. And when it comes 2 sparkles, it doesn't matter the color! I luv them!
So use those hints from me and whatever other good help you can find. But I'm warning u bout those dark dark colors and hot pink, k? lol Green is just super, tho. :)
~luvs
i'm fair, blonde, and blue eyes. usually i just put mascara, but for the eyelid colors, u can try a brown or dark green. Then white a little higher.
I like to use a white powder over my eyes, it highlights my blue eyes but doesnt contrast too much with my fair skin. Also try some golds, yellows, they are never too dark and dont stand out too much.
girl your just like me I use a little bit darker than my skin tone foundation and then very black mascara then for the eyeshadow I use either a light pink mixed with a light blue or a light brown mixed with a white and then finish with a pink lip..it looks great and good luck
Try using neutral shades light peach colored lips glosses no lip stick or liner. just the basic colors like your skin tone. if you want to go bright try maybe a baby blue.or light pink. When you by the make-up (if you can) try it out on your hand. if it looks to dark it mostlikly is. :)
Try put on a red lipstick (I find that SEXY!!!!!) if you want to be bold.
you should try light colors like peach and yellows and pinks don't try dark colors becoause they will pop 2 much and u will look trashy
Just go with a light pinkish or brownish blush on your cheeks to accent your light complextion. But your main focus should be your eyes. Use a light shimmering pink or light shade to cover your eyelids all the way to your eyebrows then put a darker colors in the crease of your eyelids. But your mainnnn thing is anything is wear a darker but thin eyeliner and mascara. Those are your comfort makeup's if you put nothing else on wear mascara and eyeliner
Maybe try natural colors.
Hi I also have blonde hair blue eyes and fair skin, i stick to natural colours but i am 31 so depending on age etc just do what you feel comfortable in. I think pinks are great for young barbie doll girls. Have a girly day in front of the mirror doing your hair and make up and decide what you like, get some friends around and have a fun day.
i have the same prob. and and latley i have been curling my eyelashes and wearing a little of mascara and white eyeshadow wit blue eyeliner on top and just a little on bottom the blue liner will make ur eyes seem bluer and really pretty.
I would use colors like a pinks and light tones but browns look good and brown eye liner really brings out your eyes but black mascara looks better than brown mascara and then never wear like lip gloss or lip stick that is daker than your eye shadow it looks really messed up. and for blushes don't use doark colors and try to blend it in

What type of makeup would be appropriate for me? I have blue-green eyes, fair skin and red hair?
Thank you very much.
I do not like to wear a bunch of makeup, so please keep it minimal. What type of makeup would be appropriate for me? I have blue-green eyes, fair skin and red hair?
Two really great eyeshadow colors that I think would look amazing with your attributes would be purple and brown. Light purple is a really good color for everyday because it is minimal, but does add a little color (the purple will also make the green in your eyes stand out!). If you want more of a bolder look, browns work really well with blue eyes whether the brown is a more subdued taupe or a chocolate brown. Also, gold shimmery shadow will give your pale skin a luminescence.
As far as the rest of your face is concerned, pale pinks look gorgeous on fair skin, and you can choose any lip color you would like.
Hope I could be of help! What type of makeup would be appropriate for me? I have blue-green eyes, fair skin and red hair?

What colors of eye makeup would i use when i have blue eyes and black hair?

What is the best makeup for blue eyes?
I am a teen.
I have dark blonde hair and blue eyes.
How do I enhance my blue eyes.
Make them POP!
Please help me!
lol.
thank you!!What is the best makeup for blue eyes?
I know some people say that blue eyes and blonde hair should use brown mascara and eyeliner, but it doesn't make the eyes pop, so use black. My friend has hers like that and her eyes just instantly pop!
Don't use any eye shadow, the mascara and eyeliner is good, then put (clear) lip gloss, *clear.
Then if you want, get light pink blush and highlight your cheekbones, perfect and natural : )What is the best makeup for blue eyes?
Well, black eyeliner and mascara looks heavy, but I find that brown eyeliner has a bit of a red tint, and so it looks demonic. Go for black.
Pink, and peach, eyeshadow is supposed to really make blue eyes look good. Stay far, far, far, FAR away from blues. Unless you want to look like a Vegas night-walker.
I personally think gray and silver eyeshadow looks really good, but it's a bit more subtle.
Hope that helps.
Coppers make blue eyes pop. Apply a copper color on the lid of your eye. Use a black/brown mascara, same with liner, don't use black liner.

Either try black or dark navy eyeliner. Or try using a bronzer as an eyeshadow.
black mascara and black eyeliner try some silver eyeshadow too but just a bit

What is the best makeup for porcelain skin blue/green eyes and dark brown hair?
As a general rule, those with blue eyes should look for eye makeup in gray, violet, taupe, purple, and deep blue. Many have found using a dark shade of blue will actually bring out the more natural blue tones in your eyes; giving you a brighter and more vibrant look.
If you are looking for an edgier or more dramatic evening look, mixing black liner with a bright blue will give you a classic “ smoky” effect. You can also throw in some silver, fuschia, or turquoise if you are going out and want a funky nighttime feel.
Those with blue eyes have the distinct advantage of being able to wear a wide array of eyeshadow colors without a lot of mishaps. Blue eyes are agreeable to many shades, however, the ones listed above are the ones proven to be among the best. What is the best makeup for porcelain skin blue/green eyes and dark brown hair?

What colour of makeup looks really good with blue eyes?
like eye liner eye shadow and that stuff? What colour of makeup looks really good with blue eyes?
I myself am a blue eyed girl. The best tone for us to wear to make the blue pop is either a goldish or brownish color. I always use a brown eye liner also. Combine that with the gold shadow in the summertime if you have a tan, and the brown otherwise. Your eyes will standout and look awesomely blue. I also use a little white sparkly shadow on my brow bone and inside corner of my eye to brighten up my eye. If you want your blue eyes to look more green, try using a purple eye shadow, it works everytime. Good luck! What colour of makeup looks really good with blue eyes?
Eye liner you probaly want to go with a brownish/black..eye shadow..maybe a brown..like dark colors will make it pop!
Black eye liner, and natural, light brown eye shadow. Do NOT try to match the blues - they will clash.
Smoky eye shadow - when applied appropriately - can make blue eyes pop.
black mascara or eyeliner would. Eyeliner is a little dark, so I'm not sure your mom would like that. For lip gloss, just you a clear one with no sparkles. Eyeshadow should be a light color. maybe a light brown or blue
Blues and browns all colors.

What makeup colors look good with blue eyes?
i would like to know what eye liner/ eye shadows/ mascara colors would look good with blue eyes. thanks! What makeup colors look good with blue eyes?
People Say Warm Browns and Peaches and all That. Personally I have Blue eyes and I think Black and purples Make my Eyes Pop! Black because if its black then you see the Blue eyes, that will Be the Center and they will stare at your eyes. ( Trust me it works) and Purple Because Purple and Blue do Go together and Purple is very flattering =]
Hopes this helps Goodluck! What makeup colors look good with blue eyes?
Because, choosing eye shadow can be difficult no matter what color your eyes are, here are some basic rules to help you pick your colors:
Try it out!
The first rule is to experiment. You won't know what looks best on you until you try it. Buy some inexpensive shadows in a wide range of colors and play around. When you've found a color that seems to works with your skin, hair and personal taste, then you can search within that color to find the perfect tone, hue, texture, and quality that works for you.
Don't be afraid!
Don't be bashful! Mix colors together and see what you get. If you're unsure of a color, test it on the inside center of your forearm. This will give you some idea how the color will look on your skin before you put it on your eyes. Don't test it on the back of your hand, as is usually recommended, since the skin of your hand is usually far darker than the skin of your eyelids. Once you're ready to put on the color, start with a light layer and build up in light layers until you have the darkness and color you want.
Lavender
Lavender, as well as most pale pinks and pale purples, work well for almost any eye color. They work especially well with blue eyes since they bring out the lighter tones in the eyes and make them seem bluer. Smoky Smoky eyes, if they are appropriate to the occasion, look good on anyone. For the simplest smoky eye: Line the eyes as closely as possible to the lash line with dark gray or black shadow, or a black eyeliner pencil, or a kohl pencil. Then smudge upward and outward toward the eyebrow and corner of the eye. Smudge the bottom only slightly to soften the line, but don't drag downward because smearing the dark color under your eye will make you look tired. Powder over the pencil, if you use one, with dark gray or black powder to set it and soften it further. Apply mascara and you're done.
Try some shimmer.
If you're nervous about choosing the wrong color, then don't pick a color! Try putting some body glitter, or even bronzer, above your eye for attention-getting sparkle. If you're adventuresome, and want only a little color, try silver. Don't forget the mascara, though. Nearly nude eyes will need the definition of a coat of mascara.
Go natural.
Often, the best make-up colors for our face are those we are born with. Most people have a medium shade on their lids, a darker shade in the crease extending to the eyebrow, and a pale shade just below the eyebrow on the bone. Look and see what your colors are and then play them up with colors that are slightly darker or slightly lighter. For hooded eyes apply a slightly lighter shade than your skin on the lid to make them stand out. For eyes that are very prominent, apply a darker shade than your skin on the lid. For the ultimate in natural looks, don't apply any eye shadow at all. Instead, carefully apply mascara for definition, then apply cheek color, and lip color and let your eyes sparkle on their own!
Colors to avoid:
There are several colors that seem like perfect matches for blue-eyed folk, which in reality don't work best for blue eyes. But, don't count them out completely. If they work for you, I say go for it!
Blue Blue often competes for attention with the natural blue of the eye, and so distracts from the eyes, which should be the center of attention.
Brown Brown eye shadow, although it seems the natural opposite of blue eye shadow, tends to clash with blue eyes and make them appear duller. This may be because the warm brown tones are in opposition to the cool blue tones. Instead of reinforcing the blue of the eye, the brown draws attention away from the eye.
Gold Gold clashes with blue as well, for the same reason brown does, though if you have tan skin you could possibly make it work. As an alternative, silver works well because it is a cool tone which draws out the blue, and it can add the same attention-grabbing shimmer as gold.
Good luck
Hope i could help...
Shadow: any shade of brown or gold. Almay makes a really nice bring out the blues pallette and many other brands probably do to.
Liner: Brownish shades, even really dark brown are better than black, more intense.
Mascara: Black is the best unless your really fair skinned. If it clumps use less, clumps are gross. Also there are some navy shades that are kind of cool.
Most brands are comng out with specialized products that are based on your eye color. Just go to the drugstore and look for them...even if they are too spendy or you cant buy them, you can compare the shades in them to that of other brands
For me, I use a smoky eye with golden brown eye shadow. If you put a liitle purple/eggplant color on the inner corner, it also looks good rf going out. Use very dark eye liner--jet black. It makes the blue pop.

What kind of eye makeup works with a blue dress?
I have a school event coming up and I'm wearing a blue dress. It's like a deep blue and I was wondering what kind of eye makeup I should use? Should I go with a blue that matches the colour of the dress or go with a smokey eye? Or if anyone has any other ideas? What kind of eye makeup works with a blue dress?
IT definately depends on the shade of the dress. Also, don't be too ';matchy-matchy';. The color of your eyes really changes the color of your make-up. Here are the choices:
Brown eyes: green/golds
Blue eyes: rose/brown
Green eyes: lavender/mocha
Hazel eyes: deep green/pale yellow
What kind of eye makeup works with a blue dress?
When doing your makeup for a semi-formal or formal event, you don't want to match your makeup to your dress. You want to use your eye makeup to accent it. Think of your makeup as another accessory. I've got a blue dress for my semi formal coming up next month. There are a couple things you can do.
You can do the smokey eye, that goes with just about anything. You can also use natural shades (Dark brown through white.) Those will usually go with anything. Silver would work too. If you really want your eyes to pop out, use a contrasting color such as pink, yellow or purple, if you want to play it safe. Pick a color and make sure to have a dark shade, a medium shade, and a light shade. Use the side of the applicator brush and make a thin line using the medium or light shade underneath your eye below the lashes. (Apply any eye liner or mascara before doing the eye shadow) Then, Take the medium shade and put it on the top lid, either up to the crease, or to your brow, thats more of a personal preference, and your choices of how high up to bring the line will probably change based on what color you use. Then, take the dark shade of your color choice and use a medium-thin line on the upper lid right above the lashes. Make sure to experiment a little before the big night, to make the necessary alterations.
I hope this helped :)
I wouldnt wear a blue color cause then it would match too much and might look tacky.
Silver or a smokey eye sounds great! =]

What is the best makeup for blue eyes?
i got the whole purple thing down and how is the coolest way to apply it?What is the best makeup for blue eyes?
chocolate colors!!!What is the best makeup for blue eyes?
Blue eyeshadow will bring out and draw attention to your blue eyes, and brown eyeliner and mascara will compliment them.
When it comes to the color of your eyes, the only advice I can give you is on colors that will compliment them. How you would apply makeup to draw attention to them depends on your eye shape, position of brow bone, and general facial structure.
Shades in the brown, rose and violet families are best. The warm hue of these shades contrasts with the cold tone of your blues to really make them pop. Use a shade that is darker in tone than your eye color to make your baby blues shine
white looks really good.
with a little black eyeliner.
and curled eyelashes.
for purple.
do all purple, then where your eye goes to your nose (crease or whatever) do a white.
or
purple all over, and like darker purple at the ends.
The best makeup for blue eyes is dark browns and black.
don't do purple or blues ! no no no. Go with different shades of brown, golds and greens.

What makeup colors would go best with blue-grey-green eyes, fair skin and dark brown hair?
My eyes vary as to what shade they are and I have cool toned fair skin with some freckles. My hair is a medium dark brown and I'll probably have burgundy/red/purple highlights put in soon. I'm not very up on makeup and am usually a scrub but I have recruitment for my sorority coming up pretty soon and would like to look nice. I was just wondering what shades of eyeshadow, lipstick, etc would be the best for my coloring. Thanks =)What makeup colors would go best with blue-grey-green eyes, fair skin and dark brown hair?
A brown just a few shades darker than your skin tone would probably work nicely. Maybe a light gray. What makeup colors would go best with blue-grey-green eyes, fair skin and dark brown hair?
look at stars like, Lauren Graham. see how they wear their make up. Or go to make up artists (people who work at M.A.C or Sephora or Shishedo) and ask them. Report Abuse
go two different shades of bron for your eyes. lighter brown towards the inner corner and darker brown towards teh outer corner. lipstick? light pink almost natural, if you dont have any light pink just go wiht clear gloss it looks great with anything. Go with black mascara and peachy shimmery blush. that way you dont look like a clown. take your time puting it on ohter wise it will come out wrong if you rush it.
great makeup tips in this article and much more on skincare
Cool toned skin- you need to stay away from yellows and golds(peach, brown, orange, etc. ) These are warm tones and will fight your cool blue tones(blue and gold make green! bad!) Don't believe me? Put a cool shade on the inside of one forarm and a warm shade on the other. Don't look at the color you've put on- look at the skin AROUND the color. one arm will look dull and greenish grey. The other will brighter and healthy. I'll bet the better looking skin has the cool color on it! Stick with cool shades.Try a dusty pink on the lid, a plum (dusty- not too red) in the outside corner, smudged about1/3 into the crease- not all the way across or your eyes will close up. Try a dark plum, grey-blue, or dark green liner. What color you're wearing will influence what color your eyes seem. Use the liner on the upper lid. On the lower lid , use the shadow sparingly along the lash line. Apply the liner on the lower lash only about 1/3 across. Again, you don't want to close up your eye. Other shades to try besides plum would be taupe or blue or even a brown that wasn't too yellow. For blush a pink, rose , plum or coral(something more pink than peach) would all be good. Your lipstick should follow your blush. it can be bright if you like (go easy on the eyes if you play up your lips) or pale(in which case you play up the eyes). Shiny -not sparkly- is nice if your lips are a little dry. Start with a good lip balm now- try the Palmer's Cocoa butter stick-use it often, especially in the am %26amp; pm to soften. works great.
Golden tones to highlight your eyes
Well if I were you I would stick with Peachy shades of Blush, and Light shades of lilac or baby blue for your eyes neutral colors may work depending on the look you want. Light pink for your lips, if you have freckles and want to hide them a good foundation is nessecery. May I recomend something with a SPF or a bronser.
I would stick to neutral shades for your eyes, light browns and peaches--that will bring out your color(s). Stick with peach toned for blush and lipstick, too, since your skin is fair.
My colouring is the same as yours and on the occasions that I do wear any make up I wear a deep purple liner along the eye lid and a mauve colour on the lids and a golden beige on the upper lid to brow. I also use a fine make up brush to line the bottom of my eye with the mauve shadow and run a q-tip over to soften the line. The purple/mauve colour brings out the drama of green/grey eyes....also it will reflect the coloured highlights in your hair for a overall effect. I also use a brown mascara for upper lashes only..and the outer 1/2 of the bottom lashes...apply only 1 coat and go easy on it. As for blush...peach tint...very light and almost nude..more natural healthy glow on lighter skin...and for lips I use and ';invisible'; liner...from Avon...that has no colour but is awesome to stop lipstick bleeding.....and a gloss peachy lipstick. The main thing I like to emphasize is my eyes...and this also compliments the paler/cool toned skin and since most people are drawn to look at someones eyes when the talk it makes it your most outstanding feature. Experiment a week or 2 before though with any looks you would like to try and find what suits your personal taste. Good luck!!!
eyeshadow-gree,blue,light brown::: apply 2 coats of any color and white to the eyelids in a sideways motion. then put a half coat on above that other coat.
mascara-black::: put it on your eyelashes * top * going out, not up. do this 2-3 times in a row for each eye. the best way to keep from stabbing your eye is to put your hand on the bridge of your nose and apply the mascara.
eyelinerblack, mocha brown::: pull down your eyelid and gently but firmly apply the eyeliner to you eye. do this 3 times around to get a dark and perfect look.
blush-white powder::: find a color that is slightly darker then your skin tone, and apply it in a downward sideways motion -three motions a cheek.
lip gloss/lip stick-red,lavender,maroon::: before you put on the lip gloss/lip stick, be sure to put 2 coats of chapstick on or you will have chapped lips afterwards.then apply the lip gloss/lip stick two times to make sure the color shows.
this is the best way to do makeup, and it works for every one who wanted make up help tips.
Gey-Green- Blue
If I were you I'd come to the upscale store like Macy's and have them ';make'; my face. They are trained there. You will have a feel of what colors makeup to use.
Light brown, blue, or skin color eyeshadow, red lipstick, any lip gloss, and, I dont think that blush, eyeliner or eyeshowdow comes in colors.
Your features are fine so what you need are accents to make it good. Well use a good light weight foundation (brush your face when it's dry, to remove excess) then put a translucent powder for a natural look. Use a earth tone colors and make accents on your lids. For the cheeks, use orange or pink. And same color for the lip gloss. Hope I helped you.
go with natural colors stay away from green and blues
i would go with burgundy. it brings out the greenness in your eyes.
Beige, white.light gray for the eyes, raspberry or light crimson for the lips
Eyeshadows in cinnamon brown, bronzy-gold, dusky plum or deep rosy pink would look great with your eyes.
For eyeliner, try greyish-brown, deep violet, or bronze only on top lash line, and wing it out just a bit--it'll really define your eyes.
For lashes, use mascara in deep brown (black can be too harsh on fair skin). Lancome Definicils mascara lengthens incredibly.
For cheeks, try golden rose, peachy pink or light raspberry from temple to apple.
For lips, try pinky-brown (Clinique ';Tenderheart'; is great), cinnamony-pink (Clinique ';Spice Pink'; is great), or sheer raspberry.
Bare Escentuals mineral makeup has the best foundations and concealers; they make you look like you have no makeup on at all. ';Fair'; would probably be the right color for you in the foundation (sold at Sephora).
Good Luck with the sorority!
dont know im blonde
A light blue, purple, pink, or green would look pretty with fair skin and varying eye color. Put on a little brown/black mascara and use a coral color lipstick or stick to a simple lip gloss. I think that a pale pink or beige blush would make your eyes stand out as well. You could put on a little bit of powder if you would like.
