it all depends on your skin tone. but like hair you can use every colour you just need to find the shade that matches your skin tone.I am pretty close to you except my bangs are naturally orange and the rest is blonde and i have blue eyes as well. I stick to natural colours during the day and then go bold and colourful at night to make the blue pop. If your going for more of the natural shades use brown mascara but if your going for the bold dramatic use a black mascara. Use a white eyeliner on your waterline (between your bottom lashes and eyeball) this really makes everyones eyes pop... I hope i helped

Since you have light features you should pick a soft sweet light color like peach/ light pink/ light blue. Don't wear too dark eye shadow..sometimes all you need is just a light color to brighten up your feautures. Especially since you have blue eyes, i think a nice light blue eyeshadow would be really pretty =)

how about lighter tans, maybe some lighter tan glitters, definitely some pinks-that would looks REALLY good!! Pinks look GREAT with blue eyes already, but pink goes amazing with strawberry blonde hair so that would look AWESOME!!!, lighter colors would be better than darker though...so lighter tans, pinks etc. A lighter blue/green would look great too! I think pinks and tans are the way to go =) sparkely tans are the besttt too i have a dark brown sparkly glitter eyeshadow and i love it!!

greens and browns. play it up a little with different shades of green like darker on top then line under your lower lashes with a lighter green. i would stay away from pinks, purples, or anything on the red spectrum. browns and golds and greens. i would use black eyeliner. and get real peachy on the blush, but no no darker. reds will not look good with your haircolor
you'll want to apply a light layer of copper eyeshadow. the copper has just the perfect hint of orange. since blue and orange are complimentary colors it will make you blue eyes pop. also line just the rim of your bottom lid with a brown eyeliner.

Dont go for bright colors and definitely nothing that matches your eye color. A shimmery chocolate will look good, although it could make you look sleepy. Make sure you wear it with a decent tan, a nude glossy and bronze blush. See the pic.

Stick to peachy colored lipsticks and glosses and light pink (baby pink) blushes. For eyeshadow, do emerald greens and golds blended well and tasetfully applied. Good brushes and good blending prevent racoon style from emerging :)
I think subtle brown or taupe eye shadow, some mascara, and pink lipstick would make your hair and eyes stand out. Brown contrasts with blue, which would make the natural blue in your eyes *pop*.

any actually. just try and match it with the colors of your dress instead of just your eyes. Pink and green are my favourite :)
