I have dark blue eyes and i keep hearing different things on what looks best on them.

I love gold eyeshadow on my blue eyes!





As for eyeliner, any color works. Blue, purple, brown, black.


And mascara, black or brown.





I don't agree with the ';you can't wear black mascara or eyeliner if you have light eyes';. It's really the amount you wear.
