How to i do makeup for blue eyes and a fair complexion?

i never get to vary my makeup and wear dark eyeshadow with out looking like a vampire. D:





how can i do darker makeup (like ashlee simpson, davey havok, etc.) without looking weird?!

Try using browns, like brown eye shadow, and liner. Thats suppose to make blue eyes pop (even though I have ugly brown eyes, so I wouldn't know)





And if you wanna wear more darker colors, wear black eyeliner, just don't put so much on to wear you look like a raccoon. Or just apply the black eyeliner to the top of your eye.
