u can really try most colors, with ur hair n skin colors, just avoid purple eye-shadow with blue eyes, it clashes horriblely!
do dark navy blue eye liner at ur bottom eye lid, black mascara, and nice clean blue eye shadow with glitter in it.
anything bright or nude.
Silver or white.
Brown eyeshadow should do you some good.
to bring those blue eyes out even more you want contrast. Use browns. The guys will go ga ga
