What is the best way to do makeup for blue round eyes?

I can never find the right way to do my makeup to really make my eyes pop. What colors and brands of eyeshadow and mascara and eyeliner should I use? And how should I do it?! I need some serious help haha.What is the best way to do makeup for blue round eyes?
I have blue eyes, and to really flatter them, I use rimmel eyeliner (the pencil one,, kohl I think? Not sure..) on the bottom bit, I think I heard someone call it my tear line once. I put it in the corner closest to my nose up until my eyelashes. And I use Rimmel sexy curves mascara (black again) on the top lashes. So, eyeliner on the bottom, up on both sides to the lashes, and mascara on the top lashes. (I don't like it on the bottom)





I'm not sure what brand it is, but a slight brush of white on the top (just a slight brush, nothing too heavy). The blacks and white really accentutate the colour of the blue, and really make them 'pop'
