I am looking for a cheap solution to complete a carnival costume.Blue Makeup-Can anyone recommend what kind of paint can I use to paint my face and arms blue.?
I use this kid's face paint to paint my face blue for a costume... it blend just like normal paint. it washes off real easily but it alows our skin to move and it doens't crack like other paints I have tried. I'm not sur ehow well it will work on the arms but ont he face it's wonderful. use a sponge to work it on... let it try then put another coat on. It's very light and frees your face up for expressions.

I use that blue hair color you can get at sally's beauty suply. It will turn you blue for about 2 weeks tho.
Try a blue Sharpie.
