also if you could include how to apply it? i dont need foundation and all that stuff. mostly just eye makeup and lipgloss.

try using just a plum eyeliner on your waterline, it will really make your eyes pop. and you can purchase one for around 2 to 10 dollars. You can also try using a bronze eyeshadow.

You should go with a soft gray or blue eyeshadow, black mascara, and brown eyeliner. Start by gentle accenting your baby blues with the eyeshadow ( on lid, and brow) next, use liquid eye liner to highlight your upper and lower lid, then brush on a few coats of non-clumping, water-proof mascara.
i have blue eyes and when i wear a blue or green top they POP without doing anything, but for the days when i am not wearing blue or green i use a little but if brown eyeliner, brown mascara and a pale pink eyeshadow, it blends in so it doesn't look so pink, but brings out the color beautifully.

At most stores they provide samples and quips. They should have blue and silver eye shadow somewhere. Try putting on light blue then put a Little bit of silver eye shadow over the top, it work fabulous. For the lip gloss I recommend the fruit scented lip flavors. I love strawberry be care-full though, any brand will not work. Go for the one that is mid range in price.

I have blue eyes, and also don't need foundation and stuff, bronze eyeshadow definately does it, and make sure you chuck on plenty of mascara, it's almost heavenly! Can't help you with the lipgloss much, the starburst ones arent bad but pretty sticky.
I know you asked how to bring out the blue of your eyes with makeup, but don't forget that the color of clothing you have on can make a huge difference too. Wearing anything in the blue tones, even if it's just a scarf can really set those blue eyes off.
You could use brown eyeliner. Or they sell Revlon kits at wal-mart that have eye makeup to bring out specific eye colors.


You can buy Jessica Simpson's flavored lip gloss (which is my personal favorite) on ebay for less than what they sell it in stores.
use black eyeliner, it will bring out your blue eyes.
