What Kind of Makeup for a blue dress?

My graduation is coming up and I have a sort of bright blue baby doll dress, and i'm wearing white shoes. I have sort of pale skin with freckles, what color eye makeup and make up in general should i wear??What Kind of Makeup for a blue dress?
a light lip color.. like a pale pink or beige


then for the eyes





black eyeliner on the top lash line.


then above that line do a thin line of a shiny darker blue eyeliner.


(also you can put a thin line of the black on the bottom lash line if you want or white, because it makes your eyes look bigger )


then for the rest of the lid a nuetral shimmery creme eyeshadow . =] or you could do a silver shimmery color to accent the white shoes.

the basics will look nice with it, nice and simple and it'd look really nice !

and maybe some blush+bronzer to make you look not as pale (:
clear lip closs. black eyeliner on top and bottom. no eye shadow, and then some small blue eyeliner on top but not on bottom.
You should wear a little black eyeshadow and a little black eyeliner and some light pink lip gloss %26amp; that's it.
