What makeup to use for blue eyes?

I have sky blue eyes, i'm kind of into the scene stuff - but my rent's want me to shallow down on dark colors.


so what color looks best for blue eyes?

I have blue eyes too!... I feel the look that is the best for me is when I take a brown color (could be darker like you use) but the trick is to use it on the outside of your eyelid one each eye like this symbol %26lt; %26gt; then in the inside to the brown color take a nice tan/pink or light shimmer and just blend it into your eyelid... you need to have a neutral color against the blue so you should have once your done the blue popping out with the darker contrast near the edges of the outside of your eye. Follow that with some mascara and even some brown eyeliner and it will look gorgeous!
I have blue eyes too and i was really into green and brightly colored eyeliners, but these cute colors took away from my eyes, so i toned it down a little and with amazing experience this is what i'd recommend...





A pinky/golden eye shadow (only the pink side, Strawberry Fudge, Clinique *spelling?! sorry!)





A brown eye liner only on the bottom





And a black mascara.





This creates a very natural look and will make your eyes POP! lol GOOD LUCK!!!
browns or blacks work well for blue eyes when it comes to mascara eyeliner and shadow. if you have blond hair, brown works better. but i also like to add a little bit of light blue shimmery shadow righ in the inside corner of my eyes. not a lot just a little bit, it makes them POP!





oo and i usually use gray eyeliner. i love it. =]
i say brown go to the store and get a 4 pack of borwns and blend them really cute and i heard brown is good for blue eyes

i think silver eyeshadow makes blue eyes really stand out and makes them bright


a little white eyeshadow or pencil at the inner eye also makes your blue eyes stand out
using metallic greys or just some black eyeliner make your eyes pop.


if you're going for the natural look, use some mascara and apply


a little bit of black eyeliner(pencil) and slightly smear it.
Browns definetly, but dont use a full black mascara either. Its harsh on blue eyes. Get more of a brownish color mascara
Any type of brown. It can be tan or whatever. Just watch your blue eyes pop it's pretty amazing.
