i have blue eyes, full lips, black hair, and very fair skin. what kinds of makeup should i use? and what kinds of colors are best? how would i put it on for the best impact?Makeup tips for blue eyes black hair and fair skin?

I think lavender on the lids will make your eyes look bluer. Pick a lavender that looks natural. A dark rose lipstick might be nice.
