i have blue eyes and dirty blonde hair and almay products usually work best to bring out my eyes. what i suggest doing is taking a dark dark blue eyeshadow and apply it to the crease of your eye and halfway on your eyelid. then take a lighter blue and blend it with the darker blue. then to finish it off, blend some white in at the top and add some mascara. almay products usually come with eyeshadow pallets w/ 3 eyeshadows.

try burgundys, browns, coppers, burnt orange. Mac and NYX cosmetics have great shadows. or brown pencil liner so it isnt as harsh as black
