What makeup should I wear with dark blue prom dress?

eh, neither. they'd both look gaudy.


i'd go for shimmery gold eye shadow, but not TOO much, a little eyeliner, and mascara

I wouls do smokey silver cause u should never match ur eye shadow to ur outfit.
