i'm looking for young and pretty makeup techniques for the eyes. i have blue eyes and fair skin , blond hair. i fail at makeup. and i want to impress people randomly when i go out :p any suggestions?Makeup for blue eyes and fair skin?

I have blue eyes. The ladies at Mac told me to use orangish eye shadows. I have been for years now. It makes blue eyes stand out. You could use a brown eye liner as well. Start the eye liner at the out side top corner and only go to the middle of the eye. If you go all the way across it will make your eyes look smaller.
Brown eyeliner (the black is too harsh for blue eyes AND the blonde hair) with either neutral or brown shades of eyeshadow.





Use a little bronzer too, especially if you're pale. It'll give your skin a nice glow without looking caked.
I'm exactly the same as you and I've found some great eyeshadows from Loreal designed for specific eye color and hair color. The colors I use are taupe and it really does bring out the blue in my eyes. Why not try it?
