Okay so I want to get into makeup now. And i want my eyes to pop. I just bought some navy blue eyeliner and wondering if navy makes blue eyes pop. I also have brown mascara does that do any good to blue eyes?Makeup tips for blond hair and blue eyes?
if your really want your eyes to pop then do not smother them with makeup. Using eyeliner only on the top helps your eye look bigger and when you put it on the bottom the look squinted.
