What makeup to wear with a bright blue dress?

and a black shawl/shrug


i hav bright blue eyes, freckles, and medium length straight brown hair





makeup suggestions plz?? :D

i think it would be pretty if you have on a light silver eyeshadow, because it will match your shoes. and wear a simple eyeliner ( gray, silver or black, silver might make your eyes look drowsy though ) and mascara. lipgloss/stick doesnt exactly matter, pink? whatever color you want, :DWhat makeup to wear with a bright blue dress?
If it's blue, try wearing make-up that will compliment that... like blue! :) Or white.
THIN line of silver eyeliner only on top would look nice.

If you really want eyeshadow, try a really light silver? LIGHT.





I don't suggest lipstick, as I think it looks gaudy.

well i suggest the best makeup is the regular like foundation thats your color skin. then a little bit of blush not to red you dont want it to stand out over everything else, i will also reccomend heavy maskera on the top and bottom eyelashes. then do your eyeliner not to heavy but noticeable, then make sure you do the eyeshadow last in case you mess up on your eyeliner or maskera have a regular shade of silver it looks best with a blue dress.since your eyes are blue I wouldnt put blue eyeshadow on . then dont put lipstick on just lip gloss hope i can help

Since you have blue eyes I wouldn't put any blue into your makeup. So maybe just eyeliner and curl your lashes. And maybe some lip gloss :)
If you are wearing bright blue. Use make-up that something nuetral/natural. Just concentrate on your pout. I can give you a website where you can find custom make up kit. Just pick how you want to look like etc. classy, glamour, or chic. It will also tell you what and how to apply it. Remember, you are already wearing something sparkly,,,,
probably just a little of a skin color foundation if you have blemishs or spots you don't want people to see.....dark blue or silver eyeliner....and maybe a little white eyeshadow...maybe some mascara...and a shiny clear lip gloss!
