Use the light silver on the top of the eye near the eye lid and then use the blue on the lower eye above the eye ball. Same with the pink colors use the lighter color on top and the darker color on the eye lid.

I'd ,personally, probably just go with the natural look....just eye liner and mascara
I think you should wear white or beige eye shadow, light blue would be good but lighter colours would be best don't use red because you already are wearing enough red!
