What makeup colors should I use? Blue eyes, red hair, fair skin...?

I have dark red hair, blue eyes and very fair skin what colors would look good for my eyes and lips?





I currently use estee lauder pearl smart makeup foundation which blends nicely. It's the lightest foundation they make, thats how fair skinned I am.





Also, should I use light bronzer on my cheeks?
