Wow, the sky is the limit here. You can wear whatever kind of makeup you'd like. What feature would you like to play up the most? If it is your eyes, you can do a smoky eye or dramatic eyes and nude lips, but if you really want to play up luscious lips with a deeper color, you can play down the eyes a bit by not using eyeshadow that is as dark. The other thing that you'd have to consider are what colors look great on you -- and you may want to draw out the blue in your eyes by brightlining with a color that draws out the blue. I would recommend looking at the online gallery at www.aromaleigh.com to see some of the fabulous makeovers people have done. There are very modern and trendy styles to more classic styles. Aromaleigh makes hundreds of colors, and they sell little baggies (samples) for about a buck a piece, so you can experiment ahead of time. I have a girlfriend with pretty blue eyes and blonde hair. I bought her the drama queen blue eyeliner and the indelible eyeliner sealant, and that color really makes her eyes pop. Silver eyeshadow is a good suggestion. I would do maybe a dark brown eyeshadow and do silver over the top of it to give you that shimmery, smokey eyes look.
