always use the opposite of their eye color. for a blue-eyed person it would be browns (or warm earthtones)

im from new york and whenever i see a blonde, she's always very pretty because shes tanned and she has nice makeup on her face. since you have blue eyes and light hair, i think it would be good if you has some dark but to way to dark on your eyes so that they could stick out. if you get a tan, it will also make your eyes stick out more and your hair will look as if you colored it into a different kind of blond even though its just the skin that made it stick out.

i would put ashy colors around your eyes it will make them pop. with some red lipstick it will make you look amazing. some bronzer and light peachy blush on nose and cheeks :)
